I love MSI gaming laptops and am on my fifth one. It is great to be able to by an MSI laptop and then have it customized to my liking. I have had to use a warranty once with Xotic and was it was for my first MSI Laptop MSI GS60 Ghost Pro 4K-238 through Amazon and Xotic handling was no hassle and quick to fix and return.
