I ordered one bag of my regular Lavazza súper crema and two new bags of espresso bean. I tried Orphea and it was not to my liking. When I called customer service, I got “groceries do not get returns”.The representative did not bother looking up my order, did not ask how they could be of help, nor did they provide a recommendation in future orders.
