"My saga involves two separate actions and two mistakes. One mistake occurred on my end and one on Whole Latte Love's end. I returned my old espresso machine for repair and ordered another machine. I neglected to include one part ( the problematic part in my repair shipment) and Whole Latte Love shipped an incorrect new machine to me. I explained my plight to Cheyenne who managed everything seamlessly. She called me and kept me up to date with email to ensure my satisfaction.
