"I have ordered 3 times from this company and all 3 times my orders came out in less than 48 hours in my hand in Texas from Nevada. Today they sent my 4th order one day later which is still great and when I called to find out the hold up they explained that my level nic on the bottles I ordered 4 of they had to wait for it to come in today in order to send all my stuff out. Do not believe the mean spirited reviews you see on the internet about this company as it is not true. They always send your items and if they are late they are very polite and professional and cool about it. Thank You Sam and Pamela and Desii for being awesome, don't let the negative nancys' get you down!!!"

"This was our 2nd order from West Coast that was WRONG! The first time we got a juice with the wrong nicotine level, but we left it alone. Today we received our second order & half of it was right & the other half was wrong! 2 flavors we were super excited for & they sent us the wrong ones. Not even close to the flavor we order. Beyond disappointing. Wish I would of read the reviews before buying."

"If i could give zero stars i would. I originally. Reachoud out to them after noticing i did not receive discount for combing coils w mod. 11.99 reg 9.99 w purchase of mod. Also didnt get posted price for 4 pack of pods. Price was listed at 18.99 for 4 but was charged 27.99. Today i received order and to my dissappointment i was missing several items and some were substituted for lesser valued items. You can clearly tell the person packing knew as the correct items ar checked off substitiutions circled and missing un marked. I attached pics of marked packing slip, incorrect items, and damaged packaging. I would really hope they would try to resolve this. I really should have looked at reveiws first would have saved me the aggrivation. I always post my most honest reveiw and generally they are good. I will give them time to resolve before posting reveiw to google instagram facebook and all other reveiw sites as well as push people to check them before buying...so dissappointed...will update if issue is resolved or dealt with..or any responce

"I was looking for the Orion Vape as a birthday present for my boyfriend. It was sold out everywhere else online, except WCVS.
Because I didn't recognize the site name, I googled it to be safe. I came across this site with bad reviews listed. I bit the bullet and got the vape from the site anyway. I ordered it late on Wednesday, and it (should) have got here Saturday, but due to the post office being a day late, I got it today (Monday). (by the way, this thing came from Vegas, all the way to Maryland)
The post office snafu had nothing to do with WCVS, and they shipped the day after I ordered it. The bad reviews must be fake, or from old management or something, because my order shipped super quickly and my boyfriend is beyond stoked that I was able to track down a vape that's sold out almost everywhere else online, and in all local vape shops, for a really awesome price

"honestly, i saw so many bad reviews about this place, i was very concerned about using it. i felt like the positive reviews were fake, since most were terrible but i received exactly what i ordered within a week, it arrived exactly when it said it would. & i only paid $25 for two bottles when one bottle for me is $19 at my local vape shop. i’m not sure if i’ll use them again since most of the reviews are so negative but i can confidently say i had a great experience "

I really believe people on here raving about them are fake reviews by West Coast Vapes, because they are truly consistent at giving poor service.
