Great experience!!

"We ordered 3 different bottles of Juice that showed "out of stock" at most places. My wife ordered from Westcoastvapesupply on 3/26, 10pm before I had a chance to read reviews. After reading reviews, I figured we were definitely screwed. We got the autonated confirmation email that we had placed the order, and that was it. They have a message on the website that with the current coronavirus crisis, orders will take 3-5 days to process. Well, here it is 4 days later, and I have the Juice!!! All 3, all correct, and completely on the other side of the country!!!

Wtf

"I ordered on the 9th of January. I ordered a tank and a mod. After a week of waiting for my notification of my items to be shipped I receive an email stating that they didn't have the mod that I ordered and asked me if i wanted to swap it out with another mod.....i said no thanks just send me the tank and refund my money for the mod..... Well we don't have the tank you ordered would you like me to refund for the full order she says.... Duh...... Nope i would like you to just keep the money you stole from me. Idiots. It's January 22 and i still have not received my refund. Taking your money for products that they dont have is so bad for business. I feel robbed. I am upset I didn't read the reviews before purchasing. Never again! Almost 100 dollars of my money gone!"

Almost a scammers

"Worst page ever, they are almost a scammmers, I pay for DHL fast shipping but still they late 11 days Just to finish telling me that they had no stock and that they would exchange it for a Caliburn, a product that costs 20% of what I paid, stay away from this junk store. I just want a refund"

Was charged for an unavailable item.

"I ordered juice from WCVS, received a charge on my credit card, and then only after that was sent an email asking if I would like a different product because the one I ordered was unavailable. Not just recently out of stock, but everything from the particular brand was unavailable. Why would my card be charged if the company was aware that they couldn't provide me with the correct item?! I've sent two follow up emails, with no response. I will not be ordering from this company again. "

6 days later, order not shipped.

"First time customer, ordered last Thursday at 4am. Over 6 days ago, with 3 day shipping. Order was updated on Monday with "order confirmed". Gave them time to ship, but no avail. Sent them an email, got an automated response about my order saying it's confirmed. I replied that that info doesn't help, I explained that in the email. I called them and no one answered, and cannot leave voicemail because "Voicemail is full". That alone says a lot. May unfortunately have to do a chargeback. "

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

"My first order went great, got my items 3 days after ordering. It all goes downhill from there. My second order, 5 days went by and I had to call them to find out they had an item out of stock, so I said no problem and gave them another option. They gave me a $10 gift card for my trouble. No problem. I placed my third order a week ago, and SURPRISE, no contact since then despite my numerous calls and emails to find out where my order is. I have no product, no updates, nothing, BUT they had no problems charging my account immediately! "

No Problems.

"So far, I’ve ordered twice from these guys and gotten my juice within five days. I order four bottles of Uncle Junk’s JW at a time, and they always come well-packaged (a little too well, but I eventually get through all the bubble wrap).

Some others reviewing here have had bad experiences, but I’ve had a great experience so far. Maybe they have new people working there. I don’t know, and I don’t care. I just pay for my stuff (at close to half of what I pay at a local store here in town); they send the right stuff, and that’s about the all I can say.

My horrible westcoastvapesupply.com experience.

"I don't usually write online store reviews but I felt obligated to do so this time after my bad experience with Westcoastvapesupply.com

I have been ordering vaping supplies online for more than 5 years, and I got to say that Westcoastvapesupply.com is by far my worst online store experience.

I made 3 orders at their website that cost me $538 in total. All 3 orders were made within a 1 month period. I had no issues with the first 2 orders, they arrived on time with DHL ($79 for shipping costs). However, for my third order they shipped it with the wrong international shipping method! The items were shipped with international post USPS instead of DHL for which I paid.

The USPS shipping rate was half of that for DHL and I wasn't refunded the price difference. I tried contacting them on their support and sales emails and via the contact us page directly 5 times over a one week period and I didn't get a single reply. I haven’t received my items yet and I’m yet to hear back from them.

It's sad that they treat their high paying international customers this way. I highly recommend to avoid them!

"I ordered 4 bottles of juice from this company, I received 2 that were the correct Item and 2 that were not what I ordered ( The flavor they sent me I would never use ). All the juices came in packaging missing inserts and in boxes that were ripped open. I emailed them twice and called the number 5 times and received no reply to any attempted communication. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in purchasing juice online. I should have read the YELP! reviews and the google reviews before I bought from these losers. Don't be like me, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, once they get your money they are done with you. This is over a month now and still have not heard back."

Great prices, always quick to fix their mistakes.

"I think they have gone through a recent management change, because their service has improved massively. I had issues a while back where I could never reach someone when there was an issue with my order. No one would respond to emails or answer the phone. That has definitely changed. I order from them 1-2 times every month. Since the change ( whatever it was, I'm guessing management or ownership) I have had a few problems. One time they forgot a bottle from my order, and twice they sent the wrong item. All 3 times they responded to my email within 24 hours and quickly sent me the replacement item. The times they sent the wrong item, I was able to keep it for free, so it's kind of a win for me. All my orders arrive within 3-5 days using only their free standard shipping. (With orders over $50-$75.) That's coming from Las Vegas to Ohio. The tracking system is not the best. Sometimes, the order will say "processing" for a few days, and then suddenly show up in the mailbox. So it looks like it's not on its way, but it is. The associates I've delt with have all been kind and professional. They have amazing prices. The juice I buy is $28 a bottle at my local shop, and West Coast sells it 2 bottles for $20. That's more than 50% less. I save a TON of money. I don't work for them, or know anyone who does. The only reason I'm writing this review is because I almost stopped using them after my first few bad experiences, and I'm really glad I didn't. I just got done dealing with an issue that they fixed, and I'm just really happy with their customer service. If you have had problems with them in the past, give them another try. "

Awesome service

"I order fluids from here a lot and generally get my packages pretty quick. Had an order that was taking a little longer than usual once but the customer service girl tracked it down for me and it got to my house the next day.
Great variety in flavors and products. Basically this is my go to site for vape products.
