"They advertise and include on a sales receipt that they ship within 24 hours. That's hit or miss, 4 of my 6 orders have shipped pretty fast but the other 2 took way too long for their "policy" and you most likely won't hear anything back if you email them.

My last order - which I am still waiting for was sent to me without the box. There was no packaging whatsoever, it's supposed to come in a box along with plastic bottles for the ejuice. Instead they mailed a glass bottle in an envelope...well that glass bottle broke and leaked all over the place in my mailbox. Last week I emailed 3 times and sent pictures of the broken bottle, called 3 times and left a message, I messaged them on twitter as well and got NO RESPONSE. The next day I called and the customer service actually answered the phone which is rare and he told me they would ship me a new bottle that day. That was 4 days ago and still has not been shipped.

Emailed and called again today, left another voicemail and no response at all as well as no shipping confirmation email.
