"Well at first I screwed up and forgot to put a bottle in of e-juice that I wanted but I contacted them and they fixed everything for me. All we have to do is cancel my first order and I had to reorder. No biggie, it was my own fault. So what did they do? They sent my package and I received it in two days! Everything was exactly as I ordered and I did not have a single issue with any of them, them being the people that I spoke with there. I think all of you haters that have had problems with them have not reached out to them. Because they fixed my problem in 2 seconds flat and then not only did they give me the free shipping they sent it priority mail for me! But westcoastvapesupply.com is by far the best company that I have ever had to deal with online! They are one in a million so don't listen to all those people that had issues because they didn't do the right thing which was to contact them and let them know what your problem was. Believe me they will fix it. I did not expect to get my order so quickly especially during the Fourth of July. Every single bottle of juice that I ordered came out exactly as I wanted and I even tried a brand I had never heard of before. They are called overloaded, and they are basically a mixture of two SoCal companies and you can get 3 120ml bottles when they are on sale for only $29.99. And even when they are not on sale, damn what a great deal. I ended up with 430 mL of eJuice for a mear $51. Go try and beat that! You can't. I will never buy my e-juice from anyone ever again except for westcoastvapesupply. Com. Oh and by the way, even when they are not having a sale they are by far cheaper than anywhere else. "Ordered on a Friday got here on the following Monday. That's always nice.
One of my bottles was opened, seal still there but unscrewed. Half the bottle leaked out. It looks like a "try it bottle" we have all seen in a local vape shop.
I let them know they said they wanted pictures of the broken bottle. Tells me they did not read my entire message.
5 emails back and forth then I get sent a tracking number for my replacement bottle.
11 days later, nothing. Package hasn't shipped. Tracking number is active but has not left since June 10th.
Just really poor customer service and bad follow up.
Too many places out there to give them my business again.
Would be 1 star but the quick shipping counts for something.

They are blaming usps who hasn't even picked the item up yet and telling me that they cannot and will not cancel order.
I left 7 messages via phone, 9 emails not one reply until day 7 telling me Im wrong about there shipping rules stated on website......
Btw the positive reviews are from the owner who will personally threaten you when he calls back finally...This is why they left california after they got shut down and sued."
