"The delivery team was efficient, genuinely kind, and courteous. My apologies for not having cash to leave as gratuity. They should be paid extra for their hard work during Covid19. I’ll be recommending your company to all my neighbors and friends. Thank you to the entire WDC team from the sales person I spoke with before placing my online order, to the lady who answered my status inquiry day of delivery, to the 2 delivery men for being professional and displaying excellence in customer service - a great rarity in LA. "

First experience with WDC not so great

"Attempt to buy new dishwasher online went poorly. An additional item, not part of original confirmed order, was somehow added during billing phase. Seemed to take long time to resolve. Additionally, my credit card was charged for the dishwasher, despite not being in stock or having any idea when it would be back in stock. Billing the customer under such circumstances is not acceptable and has led me to look elsewhere for the dishwasher :(."

Keeping my family well fed during the virus.

"I have purchased appliances from you company so you were the go to for a new garage freezer. Everyone has an extra refrigerator and freezer right? Well we don't. Our kitchen has an extremely expensive Sub Zero side by side that has been over filled during the shut in. Well time for more storage. I ordered on line a 7 cubic foot chest freezer to fit in our garage. Well everything looked good, you took my credit card and charged the card for our new addition. I followed up the next day only to find the freezer was back ordered with no due date. I would have expected this to be known before the transaction took place and my Hope's were high. Shot down in flames again. I canceled my naturally cancelled my order and went on my way with a nasty taste in my mouth. How hard can it be to buy a GE freezer? Well I purchased elsewhere and we will have it in the morning. Look out Costco and Ralph's. We're loading up on Moochi, deep dish pizza,racks of ribs, frozen chicken, choclate Drumsticks,and a mess of frozen pies in season. You know what? None of it will go to this place. My sales person ran a refund on my Visa. I'll need to call the credit car company this weekend to be sure the charge is stopped. I know it's a hard time for everyone now. Hire an American teenager for the summer to put some grease and duct tape on your web site to have it work like everyone elses. "

"Purchased the appliance online on Friday for pickup at my local area store in Oxnard. The website stated it can take 2 days for the order to go through. This is day 4 and I've not been contacted at all. Tried to check status online but there isn't a way to do so. "

Substandard online ordering

"Ordered online 06/24/20and have yet to receive a confirmation email. My bank account indicates payment has been made. I had to call WDC and was made aware that delivery had not been scheduled and one of the items was not available until a later date. Delivery of the available item is due to arrive today 7/6/20 but have not heard from WDC. Called them and a prerecorded message answers indicating they are busy with other customers. Left my phone and prefer number but a don’t think they will call back.

Just unacceptable!

Broken Freezer

"I had to work so I asked my young daughter to check the product before signing. She called me as the men refused to open the box, I had to FaceTime to asked them to please open the box. As soon as they opened the box we could see that the freezer was broken on the bottom. They took the freezer back. I would of probably get another one, however I was very disappointed at your delivery men, there’s not need to be rude.The fact that I am a female it doesn’t mean that I’m stupid. I expect a full refund! "

Great Customer Service Team

"I ordered a chest freezer and the outer box looked great but once unboxed it had scratches and insulation coming out of the bottom. The Customer Service Team went above my expectations and not only replaced my unit with pick up and delivery but and extended warrantee. My new freezer is full and working great! Thank you WDC."
