"I received an email from WDC Dispatch Department to confirm my scheduled delivery. The Home Deliver Schedule Invoice they sent was incorrect. First, I did not order two Frigidaire ***-***-**** appliances that were on the invoice. Second, the invoice did not include the washer installation parts and haul away, I had paid for. Third, the delivery diver phone number they were to call 10 to 40 minutes before delivery was the wrong number. Fourth, I called the WDC dispatch phone number ***-***-****, repeatedly and there was no answer and the voice mail box was FULL, so I could not leave a message. I called again the next morning, every half hour, starting at 7 am and no one answered at the dispatch department until 10:30 am. The voice mail box was still full. I was frustrated and not impressed with the handling of my delivery. I can only hope the installation is done properly. This does not give me much confidence in Warehouse Discount Center Kitchen and Bath Center and as a result they don't merit a positive recommendation."

"This is my second washer I have ordered from WDC and was happy with the first order so I placed another order. The product is good and having the order scheduled was easy. The delivery people had poor manners and it was like an inconvenience for them to deliver it. They were not helpful and tried to minimum work to get the washer into the building. Disasspointing."
