"My washing machine died. Given the decline in imports, the place where I have bought many appliances needed to order--not sure when it would arrive. I didn't want to go to a showroom if at all possible. I Googled the brand, and WDC came up. I called, I spoke with a representative that found a machine-newer model, better pricing, will install the same day as the delivery, and take the old appliance away--took about 15 min. Processed my payment efficiently and securely. I am very grateful and thankful for their help and efficiencies at this time. "
"Delivery of our gas dryer was prompt and on time. WDC charges a very reasonable $25 fee for installation, but I was disappointed to learn upon delivery that I would be charged an additional $30 to reverse the door on the dryer. I thought this service should be covered by the installation fee, or at least the $30 fee should have been disclosed during checkout on the website."

"During the quarantine for covid 19 my upright kenmore freezer decided to go out two weeks after we purchased several weeks worth of food for our large family ! A disaster that would have cost thousands of dollars in lost food not to mention with the availability issued we are experiencing in Santa Monica grocery stores we would never be able to replace much of the food in there. After googling and searching high and low at all the major retailers I came across a google ad for WDC stating they in fact had freezers in stock !! Could it be true??! I called in first thing in the morning and spoke to the wonderful Michelle that confirmed they did have freezers in stock and that we could come to moorpark to pick it up same day!! She was amazing and the price was amazing and I will be forever grateful to them for saving us from a really sad disaster! I told her I will never again shop at Best Buy or sears for appliances and have already told anyone that will listen to look at wdc before going anywhere else for any appliances etc. it’s times like these that we need to support small family owned businesses that often come through when the large corporate places won’t even send a repair technician during this crisis even if you have extended warranty with them (Best Buy ) I will be shopping for a new fridge in the coming weeks because my extended warranty is useless right now from Best Buy. WDC has earned a lifelong customer in me and many thanks for them continuing to supply a very necessary thing in the middle of a crisis like this my appreciation is beyond and Michelle thank you so much for your kindness"

"Order process and follow up was good, however, my order was the 10th of 10 deliveries and as such did not arrive until after 7pm. The delivery person wanted to get going home I assume and did not unpack the freezer after moving it from the truck to my garage, so I got stuck in boxing and am stuck with disposing of the packaging. I would have preferred they rescheduled the delivery if they were that backed up. Fortunately, the freezer works and the unit is free of dents and scratches."
"Purchasing a freezer on line was pretty easy, and it was delivered in two days. When I looked, there were only two decent sized upright freezers in stock. One for $900 and one for $2,400. Bought the cheaper one. The driver said they had been delivering ONLY freezers, all day. The one annoyance was I had to purchase installation parts (which turned out to be a flex hose for an ice maker connection) even though there was no ice maker in the appliance. Two days later that model was no longer listed, and only small under-counter size freezers were left, selling for $2,200 & up. So Cal is running out of freezers, folks."
