"Very disappointed that this company would reflect that they had the stove I ordered in stock, then when I called because I had not had a response for delivery, they told me that stove was out of stock and probably would take 6-8wks to become available.

They also charged my credit card for a product that does not exist. I would have rather they reflected that they did not have the product in stock so I could have tried to order from somewhere else.

I will say their customer service rep was very polite and knowledgeable, so I will give them credit there, but to take my money without having the product in stock is bad business etiquette. And in this day and time there is no reason your stock can't update realtime with your web site. If the bank knows how much money you have at all times, a business can know their stock and have there systems connected realtime to defect at all times.
