"I just ordered an item on walmart.com thinking that I could get the item cheaper but then there's the shipping. I still went ahead and completed the order. And when I went to Amazon, where I am a prime member, though the item is a bit expensive, without the shipping fee, I could get the item cheaper than walmart. 15 minutes after I put in my order to walmart, I decided to cancel it. And guess what, there's no cancel button on it. I called their customer service and was told that they will try to cancel it but cannot give me any confirmation that they are entering a request to cancel, and told me that they cannot guarantee cancellation. What???? Are they superman to ship the item 15 minutes from order? I don't think so. They just want you to get stuck with it. I will NEVER EVER shop at walmart.com again. Very bad website and bad customer service. I tried to delete my credit card information as well and it will not delete it. I am so mad right now. It's my biggest mistake to ever try order at walmart. Biggest mistake!"

"Walmart.com is the worst company I've done business with since I began buying online. Their customer services representatives
are no-count losers. They will cause Wally World's demise. Their Supervisors are anything but Super. This is truly a Company of Losers for Consumers who are Losers. (Be Warned) Any shopping you do at Walmart is at your own risk. After you have made your purchase it is too late to Beware!!!!

I'm sure that Sam Walmart is turning over in his grave!!!

"I attempted to order an item online from them for my church. We are entitled to make tax exempt purchases. Walmart would not do this. The worst part is that they did not care. It was just "My supervisor said that we can't do this." "Okay, can I speak with your supervisor?" "He's not available to speak with you." "Really? He just spoke with YOU." "He's not available to speak with you." When I said that I needed to cancel my order since they couldn't accommodate my simple request, I was told that they would put in a request to cancel the order, but couldn't guarantee that it would cancel. Arrrrrgh!!!!! I am constantly having bad experiences at Walmart. They seem to think that I will endure poor customer service so I can save a nickle. Others may, but I won't."

"Ordered kids bedding over the Black Friday weekend. Now, it is more than two weeks and several customer services inquiries later and they tell me the order got lost.
Walmart.com, you still have a looooonnnng way to go if you want to compete online.

"I ordered some shampoo online from walmart that no other store had at the time that i checked. When I received it, most of the shampoo had spilled out into the package. I believe that they could have at least put the shampoo into a small cardboard box so that if something were to have smashed on top of it in the delivery truck, it probably wouldnt have been in the condition that it was in when i received it. So walmart could have done better on that note! Besides that, I received the correct merchandise and i would still shop at walmart as of now...just wont order anymore shampoo or other liquids!"

"I don't think walmart fully knows what they are selling online when it comes to certain items. I had ordered a pre-order card for a particular video game. No where on the website do you pick your "local store" as your pick-up place. It is only contained in the description but after ordering you get NOTHING to verify this. I went to the walmart the day before the game was released and nobody in the entire store knew what I needed to do to verify that that would be my pick-up store. Nobody had even ever encountered this question and it was like talking to walls trying to explain it to them. All I wanted to know how to get verification that my reserved game would be there. I left with a promise that they had enough games and that I should not have an issue picking it up the next day. Contacting walmart.com was even worse...the replys were in grossly broken english and they kept saying I had received my item which was the "pre-order" card. After one last e-mail explaining it so easy that a kindergartener would be able to understand the reply was how to turn in a "IN STORE BOUGHT" pre-order card and not the one I purchased online. Horrible, horrible, non-english speaking customer service people online. Never buy online....got to the store instead...at least your communications will be with somebody here in the states. "
