"Over the years, I've made roughly 20-30 different orders over walmart.com, and they somehow manage to ALWAYS mess something up. During this last black Friday sale (2014) I purchased 3 16BG MICRO sd cards online... They arrived fairly quickly, but instead of giving me what I ordered (micro) they gave me STANDARD SD cards, which very few devices use these days. I attempted to exchange it online, and they suggested I need to go into the store, so I did so. However, I wasnt very happy about it; the closest walamart store to me is a 36 mile round trip.
Once I arrived, they made me wait for a manager for over an hour, despite the fact that the receipt/packing slip CLEARLY stated MICRO SD. The manager never arrived, but then an assistant manager told the CSR that "Oh, we ONLY give refunds for online orders! No exchanges!" even though it was THEIR mistake, and the item was no longer onsale, making it impossible to get what I ACTUALLY ordered at anything close to the same price.
The previous year, I had a similar experience purchasing a 10" tablet. 1/3 of the screen would not respond to touch, so it was defective, and I had to take it in. They repeatedly questions if I even BOUGHT THE DEVICE AT WALMART, despite showing them the receipt/packing slip repeatedly. No exchange was made, and I eventually got a refund, which I DIDNT WANT. The bottom line here is, if somethign is wrong with your order in ANY way, expect them to screw you over and waste your time with no real resolution.

"I was initially very happy with my shopping for Christmas until this order. I was able to use site to store for most of my items. This one has had a continual delay and I am worried that I will not be able to get it before Christmas and it is one of my son's more expensive gifts. Not too happy about that. You order something with a delivery date promise and then it gets delayed and they leave yo with nothing but ????s."

"I have ordered a CD on Nov 23, with the estimated delivery date of Nov 28, to be delivered to a local FedEx Office. Stopped by FedEx on the 28th, no CD. Called them back later on, the last time on Dec 2, no CD.

I was unable to get in touch with WalMart.com or to speak to a live rep. When you dial the 800 number, you are asked to enter your order number repeatedly, and then told to wait 20 minutes. Said 20 minutes get you nowhere. Even when I called the headquarters in Arkansas, the live rep quickly re-routed me to the same old so-called online help and their 20 minutes wait. So far no CD and no contact with WalMart. They don't reply to your emails, and you hit a brick wall. How does that jive with 'living better' that WalMart claim in their commercials? NEVER AGAIN.

If I could give them less than one star, gladly would.

"Wal-mart is practically the only place we have for groceries and everything else. This one (I think it's #4341) is the worst. for a town that is poor - their prices are higher than most within a 150 miles. Their produce is horrible and not very imaginative. When someone finds something they like, pretty soon they don't carry it anymore. They move products all around so much, you never know where it will be next time you go in. They don't have small sizes, they don't order enough shoes of particular sizes, shall I go on? "

"Walmart.com. The absolute worst .com retailer. No 1800 support and tried three different ways to pay for products and the website said processing errors caused them to cancel order. I do not recommend using this terrible website with no interactive support to correct problems. Amazon.com Best buy.com all much better than this site."

"Rude, mean and down right insulting!! I ordered an iPad for my sons birthday on 9/7/2014. I have perfect credit and the transaction cleared with no issues. Since it was a birthday present I called Customer Service to see if it could be sent as a gift. I received an email stating the only the way to send it as a gift would be to cancer the order and then purchase it a second time as a gift. I wrote back that under NO CIRCUMSTANCES do I want the order cancelled. Well Claudia and Jose the two rocket scientists over at walmart.com cancelled the order. When I called Customer Service back they blamed me , treated me like an idiot, insulted me, alluded to that either security measures cancelled the sale due to possible fraud or that my credit was poor. Problem is that when I called Customer Service they admitted that they had cancelled it in error. Fine, mistakes happen, but to come up with these lame excuses after the fact is insulting to me. Then to blame me for canceling the order or to allude that maybe the bank cancelled it because I don't pay my bills is unconscionable! So they claim I need to call the bank, and the bank says only walmart.com can release the $400 thats tied up on my credit card for an item they cancelled. These people are the bottom of the barrel. I would take caution ordering online in general. The key to remember is you have nobody to talk to if there is a problem. Their answers are nothing more than templates. They will tell you anything to get you off the phone. So meanwhile I have no birthday gift for my son and I can't buy it elsewhere because my funds are tied up by the bank. I've had much better luck with Amazon. I'm only sorry that I didn't read these reviews first before making the purchase"

"The following is related to Walmart.com and site to store pick-up. They had the item that I wanted at a good price. The first problem that I noticed was when I placed the item in the cart the delivery times that were stated after I had placed the item in the "Cart" were different(longer) than originally stated on the item's page. When I e-mailed Customer Support they were not able to explain the discrepancy. Note that the response took a couple of response/replies back and forth just to get the we weren't aware of this response. It appears that Customer Support is being outsourced to somewhere where English is not the primary language. Now, it takes a week for the order to ship. They send a UPS tracking number. Tracking shows that item arrives at the local Wal-Mart in good time for UPS standard shipping. The store, or Walmart.com, are supposed to send out an e-mail that shows that the item is ready for pick-up at the store. This never happens. So, I e-mailed Customer Support again, this time about the lack of e-mail about picking up the order. Again same issues with Customer Support not understanding what I was asking because of apparent lack of understanding of English. Nothing resolved. Happened to be in town 3 days after confirmed delivery to store, so stopped by the store without the confirmation, but with the UPS tracking that showed that the package had been delivered to that store. Sales Associate says that package was not in system yet despite my having shown him the tracking information from UPS that documented delivery right to that store. Thought OK will give another day or so. Still no confirmation e-mail. Went back to the store, again without any confirmation. This time spoke with one of the store managers. With some work was able to get package. In a nutshell 16 or so days from placing order online to when package was picked up. Customer Support responses to e-mails were fairly quick but it would take a couple response/replies to get them to understand what I was asking. The ordering system is straight forward, but watch for changes in the delivery times. Be aware that e-mail Customer Support may be very annoying/frustrating."

"I placed an order on Walmart.com this weekend, saw the money withdrawn from our checking account 2 times, and then received an email from Walmart that the order was cancelled. I called Walmart customer service to see what was going on. The rude man I talked to refused to refund my money even though my order had been canceled by Walmart due to a security error on their site. The customer service agent told me only way to get my money back is to contact my bank and have the bank fight for my refund which is over $200.00. The service agent also told me that my credit card information was passed onto a third party so I may want to cancel my card so someone does not drain my account. However, if I had not checked my bank account and called for help I would not have been informed of the security breach at all. My bank is going to make sure we get our money back. However, people need to know that walmart.com is not safe to shop on. They will take money out of your account and refuse to give it back. If you think I’m the only person this has happened to, I am not. Just goggle walmart.com reviews and read several similar stories for yourself. Please be careful when using this website it is not safe. Needless to say we will not be giving Walmart our money anytime soon! It will take an effort not to do but I refuse to give my money to a company that is not willing to be accountable for its actions. "

"stupid ass company that STILL has not figured out how to get things straight after all these years in retail. Ordered a bluray disc 11/8 for ship-to-store. Received shipping notification 11/11 saying item was expected to arrive 11/22 at store. Included tracking number pulled up zilch. On 11/22, received another notification that store-pickup was delayed as item was still in transit. After no updates, called Customer service 11/27 who said the item should have been shipped out as of 11/26. Asked for a tracking number but they didn't have one. I was told new expected date of arrival was 11/30. And I still don't have an email notification to this effect. There's a reason why shopping on Amazon is on a completely different plane of experience than Walmart. "

"This Walmart is in the middle of a tourist area. I know it gets very busy in the store. But the employees are RUDE! They do not care for their patrons at all. When you ask a question they act like it is a bother to them to answer. The Supervisors are not any better. I went to one about an employee in the electronics’ department. She acted like it was my fault, that I caused the problem with the employee. Then she started to tell me personal information about the employee. I guess they were related since she knew so much about all the problems she is having in her personal life. I was sorry to hear about her problems, but, She is at work. Leave your personal life at home! It makes doing your work better. I have one thing to say to the people that work there. If you do not like your job GO FIND ANOTHER JOB! There are hundreds of people that would love to have your job, and they would be professional about it. The CEO’s of Walmart really needs to step in and clean house at this store.

To Top off the conduct of the employees that work here, the prices are higher at this Walmart store then at any other Walmart. I could not believe some of the prices they had marked on the products. I left and went to Kroger's. It was about 3 miles back up the Parkway. I got the bread 25 cents cheaper a loaf. The hamburger meat was 15 cents cheaper per. Pound. Not to mention the other things I bought. I saved a lot by going to a real grocery store. This place was very busy too, but the employees there were very nice. Took their time to help and with a smile and an attitude that they did care. Thank You Kroger's!
Walmart; Well for the one in Sevierville; I will not be back! Get some new employees!

"I have ordered three items from wal-mart.com (site to store). The price was the best I could find (cheaper than their store or Amazon.com) and at the store as promised. In addition, the real advantage in ordering it from wal-mart.com is that if there is a problem with the item, you can return it to the store rather than having to ship it somewhere and I did not have to pay for shipping on the original order (which saved me more money)."
