not sure how they stay in business

"worse experience ever. I bought something online via their zoro reseller, so sorry I did so.
I was sent the wrong item and been a nightmare trying to get a refund or help from walmart and zoro. neither will help me and says I need to contact the other company.
I just give up and will accept I will never get my refund.
so frustrating to have each of them to say contact the other. never saw such inept and incompetent people in my life..

"I bought a lawnmower from Walmart.com not realizing it is NOT the same as dealing with a Walmart store. To make a long story short, the mower stopped running about the 10th time I used it, within 10 weeks of receiving it. I took it back to the store where I had picked it up (had it shipped to store), where I was told .com is a separate company and Walmart stores can't issue refunds or accept returns for .com. The store customer service person tried to help me by calling .com, but basically .com said it's not their problem and it's between me and the manufacturer. I think Walmart.com is a fly by night company that takes your money and disappears into the night with it. If this site gave me the option, I'd rate them zero stars. I'm now out over $232 and have no mower. "

Stay away from Walmart.com-cheater

"Two unhappy experience with Walmart.com
1. Ordered a huge pool. It has two holes on it. Walmart asked me to return it but refuse to pay my water cost, which is 4000 gallon of water.
2. Ordered a freezer. It is still processing after 20 days, which should be arrived. Then Walmart.com told me there was a system error, which means I will never get it. The truth is they run out of the item.

"Everything EVERYTHING I have bought from Wal Mart ONLINE has been USED, RETURNS, OPEN BOX, or DAMAGED. Stay away ! Apparently this is where Wal Mart gets rid of these items.

"Ordered 10 phone holsters via Walmart.com from a third party. Website clearly said shipping was $2.98 per order. They charged me $29.80. Walmart.com refused to honor their advertised shipping pricing. I had to call my credit card and initiate a dispute. Walmart.com has garbage customer service. Just like the regular Walmart."

"Wish I had checked with ResellerRatings before ordering from Wal-mart.com. You would think a big company like Wal-mart would have some level of competence, and at least when it comes to their B&M stores that seems to be true. But when it comes to their online store, it's a different story. My story is the same as many here, basically they screwed up my order and trying to fix things afterwards is like pulling teeth. Maybe in a few years they might get their act together but for now, stay away."

"I have ordered from here several times. The first time I had to wait for one of the items to be available again because they had to wait for the people who made the jacket to send them more, I was told of this soon after purchasing. They sent my other items, and about a week later I received my jacket. I consider that excellent service. I have had things shipped to my house and also delivered to the nearest store. I've had great experiences. "

"Ordering through Wal-Mart.com was the worst experience of my life. They had initially accepted my order and sent me confirmation. Days after that they wrote me and told me one item was not available and was being cancelled. They did not tell me that they were going to cancel the entire order over one item. I thought this was absolutely crazy for any business to do. I reached out to them by email several times regarding the order and asking them to only cancel the one item but send the remaining items. The replied back simply telling me my order would be cancelled. Days later I received a charge on my credit card from Wal-Mart. I then reached back out to them asking why they were charging me if they had cancelled my order but they did not reply. I made several attempts to request a refund and get my money back but no one replied to my emails and when calling directly they could not find the order number which was listed on my initial confirmation email. Needless to say I will never buy from Wal-Mart online again. The level of customer service received was in the toilet. Absolutely a horrible experience all the way around."

"I ordered an item on black Friday which was a personalized, wooden art set for my daughter. When I initially saw it I was pleased but then upon opening the item at home found that the front piece that was personalized was basically glued on to the wooden box and it was already coming off! Not only that there was damage to the side of the box as well. I opened the box and it had crappy, cheap, plastic holders for the crayons, markers, etc. They all fell out all over the place and are very difficult to keep in tact. I am going to fix the item the best I can myself because I am not dealing with the long lines or hassle to return but you can guarantee I won't be ordering items like that from Walmart.com anymore if anything at all. "
