"We ordered a bath chair And did not receive the appropriate discount as promised. When calling back to straighten it out, Customer service refused to honor it, So we decided to cancel. Customer service refused to cancel, Refuse to allow us to speak to a supervisor and basically told us there was nothing that we could do. They shared with us that this was a drop ship item, That had not shipped yet, nor had they even accepted the order. But yet we were not allowed to cancel. Manager called back and did cancel order for us and maybe we will try again. However customer service needs better training. "

"I now needed to verify I had a prescription for an item I was ordering. I did not need this for previous orders and there seemed to be some difficulty with verification; I received a call telling me to verify my order even after I emailed and texted my prescription. The website’s function to submit a prescription does not appear to work properly on mobile devices, and it wasn’t until that was submitted did I receive confirmation on my order. I understand the need for the verification, but I think the system leaves something to be desired, as I was left feeling uncertain."
