"A very pleasant and easy shopping experience! I purchased a Vision notebook computer model Spectrum 2700. This being my first notebook computer and not having purchased any computer for the past six years, I was a bit out of the knowledge curve concerning all teh newer hardware and software programs available. I had chosen a couple of items to be added to the notebook, but the folks at Vision Computers called and told me these would be unnecessary additions to the notebook. They saved me about $100 off of the price I would have paid for hardware I would likely never use. The notebook is everything I thought a product from Vision Computers would be! Very sturdy and it works great. I'm glad I read lots of other people's reviews about Vision Computers integrity and service after the sale. Their 3 year warranty and service technicians right here in the USA plus their reliability and capability made this decision to purchase a computer from Vision Computers very easy. If I ever do run into problems, I know that help is just a phone call away! "

"I am most happy to write a review for Vision Computers and Jeremy Eidson the sales person I worked with. I went with Vision after spending hours researching laptops online and in box stores that still had Windows 7 operating system. I found very little available and most companys I dealt with were very frustrating to say the least.

Then I heard the Vision Computer ad on the radio and went there. In a very short time Jeremy walked me through some options, emailed me a quote, ordered the laptop and received it 3 days later!

I was so impressed, I ordered a new desktop for work!

Vision computers has lots of choices, knowledgeable and understandable technicians, quick response time, and they did not push additional items to increase the price.

"I've only had the computer a couple of weeks but so far I'm happy I spent the extra bucks! Not being one who upgrades often, I try to spend wisely. That being said I purchased a less expensive competitors model - Mother board failed in week 2. That's when I realized how very "cheap" the main stream manufacturers have gotten. It's a hassle to load programs, transfer files ,etc. so that experience convinced me to spend the extra bucks and get a quality computer. So far I'm very satified!"

"I did quite a bit of research before I ordered my computer from Vision.

I decided on Vision because of their good reputation and their willingness to build what I wanted. However, my salesperson, Ruby Dunlap, did not hesitate to make recommendations if she thought my needs would be better fulfilled with an alternate component.

I feel secure that good technical support will be available to me when I need it. I have already used it for a recommendation relating to UPS equipment. I researched the recommendation and was glad to learn that the item was very highly rated. Yes, I did buy it.

Bottom line: good product, good technical support, quick delivery. So far, I am happy with my decision.
