"For five years Vision Computers has provided us with top notch computers for our business. Customer service, warranty, and assembly are outstanding. Though it would depend on computer build setup, ours have held up well under the rigors of a service life in a dirty fabrication shop with little to no cleaning. We will continue to purchase our computers through them. The only downside that I can think of is their prices are a bit high. But you are paying for piece of mind that, for as long as the service warranty is valid, you will be able to rely on their computers being there to do the job."

"I live in Atlanta and wanted to support a local business. Purchased an HP refurbished computer online, the laptop I recieved was quite different from what was shown on Vision's website. No response from on line contact. Called sales rep who said not their problem it is HP( although I paid Vision and bought it off their web site). I left a message with a supervisor who never called me back. They seem to only want the sale, and are done once they have shipped the product. Buyer Beware"

"I had heard about Vision Computers listening to the Neal Boortz radio show. I was interested in quick customer response. The order was placed on Sep 9 and it finally shipped on Sep 17. I just figured it was back to school time and things were busy. Now after having it less than 2 weeks I have been experiencing several minor problems. I looked up number for technical support and it is a long distance call, no problem except we do not have long distance phone service and poor cell service where we live. I drove where I got good enough signal to call tech support and was told I need to be in front of computer. I explained situation and was told once again I had to be in front of computer, they will not call me back at my house, no toll free number. Tomorrow I will call back to customer serviced and try to remedy situation. "
