"GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is my first Vision Computer purchase. An old Dell user since 1985, I am disappointed that Dell now caters to the mass market--no difference in the quality of their product or service. I ordered a new box from Vision because I had choices (specifically an option to order a custom machine without Windows8). Within a week of ordering the 64bit machine, I realized I would still require 32bit at home for some key legacy programs. After looking at several workarounds with a helpful Vision support team, they offered to reload the system down to 32bit at no charge, swap the software, and my only obligation was to pay return shipping one way back to the Georgia office. THAT IS STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. With extra drives, I also ordered an extra case cooling fan, which surprisingly, runs very quietly. After 3 months, the machine works beautifully. I don't expect any less after 3 years--5 years. A slight increase in cost, but so far, the value has far exceeded the extra money. I definitely recommend Vision Computers. "

"This is the sixth or seventh Vision computer my company has purchased in the past three years. That alone should tell you that we've been extremely happy with them.

I've yet to encounter a single problem with any of our Visions, and our office has a mix of both desktops and laptops.

The customer service and support are outstanding. On this order, I needed some customization - a certain video card, had to be Windows 7 Pro 32-bit, a few other things. I placed the order Monday afternoon. The desktop arrived by 11 a.m. Wednesday morning.

Aside from that, the computers always function without any problems, set-up is a breeze, there's no bloat-ware pre-installed (and they pre-install Firefox and set that as the default browser. Bonus points for THAT!) and the 3-year warranty as default is excellent.

"I heard about Vision computers on the radio and having been using computers for for as long back as prior to windows systems when your programs were on cassettes and all you did was use them to crunch numbers. They have come along way by now and I had had several desk top models over the years. So by now was looking for something with options rather then buying off the shelf bundled with software and hardware that your not sure where the money was used in the design. Vision enabled me to decide what I wanted in hardware and with the options I wanted. In other words they made building your computer by aligning your options to fit say a 64bit or 32bit system. After I built my computer and ordered it I got a call from one of the technicians putting it together and spoke with them on the phone. He added his input after asking what I wanted to do on the computer and explaining that I was an Old Land Surveyor with a Photography problem, he understood what kind of software I could be running, and helped with balancing out the system. You can get away with this and use the money to upgrade here type of thing. Perfect I also got the MIT support and anti virus / malware and the machine runs great after a year I'm happy and I don't have to fuss with anything.
