"Ordered a computer off the website and when I received it, it was a spanish system. Obviously not what I ordered. It took several calls and a few emails to get some kind of response about how they were going to fix it. Ultimately I just asked for a refund because I was told they don't make my computer in an english version and I would have to pay more for a different computer. Funny, I am typing this on my English version that I got for $150 cheaper without all the hassle. "
