"Yay! I am excited to receive my item. After reading several reviews, I am going to take the risk. I just ordered the SMOK PRIV N19 30 W kit thought Vapesourcing.com. I wasn't sure about about getting the Smok Nord Replacement Coil Heads (5pcs/pack) Type:1.4ohm Ceramic coil. So I initially did not get them. Like an hour later I decided to get them, I contacted customer service but then I noticed the option of live chat and I clicked. The representative from VS customer service was extremely helping- Had some technical issues that are out of his hand , but he was very helpful. VS customer service even offered to expedite my order, so yeah I ended up getting both items the SMOK PRIV N19 and the Ceramic coils (a 5 pack). So, can't wait to receive them soon as the Vapesourcing agent stated. I will definitely update this review according to the progress and my own personal experience. I am giving them 5 starts at the moment, but the rest will depend on them. Overall, I am extremely happy. Oh, another thing, all their items according to their website Vapesourcing.com claim to be legit, so I am counting on that as well. As I said, I will update periodically according to the progress and to the arrival of these items. Yay! I am definitely excited about it.

"I ordered a GeekVape Aegis Legend and a Horizon Falcon 2 tank. I got a separate tracking number for each and I went to aftership.com and used 4px to track it all the way from Hong Kong to my home in the USA. In under 3 weeks I had both, and I tracked both every step of the way.
Because my first experience was good I went on and ordered a GeekVape Aegis X and another Horizon Falcon 2 tank, plus some replacement coils. They gave me one shipping number, and I went to their online chat during Hong Kong hours (duh) and they gave it to me right away. Same deal, I tracked the package the whole way and got what I wanted."

In the picture Vapesourcing showed two different cartridges, which was perfect because I liked one and my son liked the other one. After product was received, months later than the company said it’d take, the product was wrong. I went to Vapesourcing and it took them days to respond. They don’t want to help their customers. All they want to do is argue. Even after showing them proof of pictures off their website they still wanted to argue and not make it right. Good thing my CC company is a good company because they gave me my money back with no questions asked. Don’t ever use Vapesourcing because it’ll take months to receive what you ordered and you won’t receive what you ordered and paid for!!"

"This is a SCAM company! They lie and send you a fake tracking code, take forever to reply via email with no better info that you may request except for the same fake tracking code. The code I received was like pulling teeth to even find the shipping carrier that it could possibly be, which was DHL E COMMERCE. Only to find NO info other than a label had been created by vape sourcing. I finally get thru to DHL E-COMMERCE who informs me that they do not have a package for me, that a label was indeed created a week ago, 2 weeks after I paid for my purchased items, but that the merchant did NOT COMPLETE the transaction... so basically it “appears” that items are in shipping but in actuality they never were sent or picked up by any carrier. Dispute in progress with my card issuer! These people, this company is FRAUD THIEVES!!

"This company lied from the get go. Said it was being shipped from american warehouse and it came from China. During this whole debacle they started with the Kung Flu. That should be a huge warning there for us and out country. Then lied about shipping dates, never responded till I threatened a complaint with Attorney General. All these reviews where they say they responded quickly are new. Those were not on here a month ago. It was reviews with same complaints as mine concerning delivery date and coming from a China warehouse not here in the states.
If it were me I would move on down the line and order elsewhere. Horrible, horrible and can I say horrible customer service!"
