"I've bought all my vape products from this website for many reasons. I shop around and this site has all the great devices at the lowest prices you will ever find. They are all authentic products, ship fast, and the customer service is exactly as it should be. I've gone through every site for vape sales, (and there are a lot). The low average score here, has to be a mistake. I've never had zero complaints from purchasing online. This is the one time, and to see them rated at anything lower than 5 stars? Ha. That's not possible. Anyone who says different should prove it. I buy my ejuice from another website and to be fair they do not allow anyone besides their company to sell their ejuice, so it's not even vapesourcing.com's fault. "
"I purchased a SMOK Nord 4 kit from them. I received a faulty product. The next day I contacted them via email and explained the problem. They didn't get back to me for about 10 days when they asked me to explain what the problem is and to send them a video showing the issue. I explained again what the problem was and I made a video showing the product doesn't work. I waited again several days until they responded and they asked me to do another video.
Today, it is a month since I received the faulty product and I still don't have an acceptable response/resolution. They have the worst customer service and don't even think to get a solution if there's a problem with their products.
I will never buy anything from them again.

"I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I have placed several orders from them and the first was received in a satisfactory amount of time, although their internal shipping process took as long as the actual shipping time. Since then my following orders stagnated in a status of 'Processing' for weeks even after multiple emails. I have played email tag with them and was told on multiple orders some items were backordered and asking me to choose replacement items, and this only after I inquired several times about the delay. Each time I asked to have the backordered item cancelled and refunded so the other items could ship. This was usually met with more silence or again asking me to choose a replacement. I actually received a better response from their Hong Kong supplier than the US based location who stated it was due to Chinese New Year and then shipped the order the next Monday. Finally, after saying multiple times I wanted the back-ordered item refunded the US warehouse shipped me the items they had in stock, 2 weeks after I ordered it. The other item is still listed as processing so I don't think they have any intention of refunding the price as I requested.
As for the positive reviews here, I would say those people are either very fortunate or paid shills from the company. I will not be ordering from VapeSourceing again."

"I am not sure why all of the bad reviews. I read them after I made my order and was really worried. But as it turns out it was a great experience. I saved money and received everything within the timeframe that I agreed to in my order. Everything is in new packages. Remember to look at the time frames if it says 10-20 days you can’t expect anything different. I recommend this company. I just felt the need to give a review with all of the negative I read. "I saw all the reviews and was uncertain at first but man am I glad I ordered from them. I ordered a whole kit that came with coils and batteries for less the $40.00 (WIsmec Sineous Ravage 230). Everything went smoothly, in fact one item did not come as it stated and Vapesourcing was quick to correct. They explained to me that they have been having problems with stuff from China and that they'd either refund me for the coils or give me a suitable replacement. Well 3days later I got not 1 but 3 packs of coils and an apology when it wasn't their fault! They are not stealing from you, if you order from china and other parts of the orient....it is the actual manufacture and the dang tariffs holding up the stuff! So don't blame them..."

I ordered vape pen on 12/29/20. It is now 1/15/21 and still have not received the item. When I was tracking the item it was in Hong Kong for 8 days and then went to Chicago where it was sitting when I wrote this review. Dont expect to just call them because their customer service number is in China. They have a chat function on the website that no one answers. Sent an email and still waiting for a reply. Now accepting the fact of a $69.99 is a loss."

"I received my 45$ Aromamizer and recogniced a bad part as soon I unpacked it. The extension chimney threading is machined off axis to the tank. This can happen with a mass product, so I wrote Vapesourcing a detailed descripton and warrany claim the same day.
I wrote two more detailed E-Mails with pictures last week.
They do not even answer or open a ticket.
The products are fine, but the retailer is awfull !

So I was not in need of quick service so I ordered it. I will not tell you that I was happy about the time involved waiting for it and not knowing anything about nothing no shipping date or anything from the website. After about two weeks I got hold of PayPal to see if I could get a shipping date from them. At that time I just wanted to know if it had been shipped or not.
