"Despite all of the reviews left about the question of this company even being real or legit I will say this, The company is REAL, having said that if you are someone that is looking to get an item that you spend your hard-earned money on in a timely fashion I would advise you to look elsewhere. My own personal experience is this..... I ordered from the company about a month ago and am just now receiving the item I ordered after many attempts to contact the company with no luck I finally decided to reach out to PayPal who I am assuming was finally able to get the company off their **** and ship my already purchased item and from many other reviews I've read through I consider myself to have gotten lucky so buyer beware

Nearly two full weeks and order still not processed

"So far it's been 10 days and my order is yet to be processed. I even paid extra for shipping hoping I would receive my order sooner which now is more like wasted money. I will definitely research the company's I order from a lot more thoroughly in the future because of this experience and now seeing this company's poor rating. I will definitely not be ordering from this company in the future. I wouldn't even bother if I was offered a free gift and paying shipping only."

What a Joke of a company!!! BUYERS BEWARE

"Purchased a Trolling Motor. Took 2 weeks to ship it out even though i Paid for 3-5 Day Delivery... Item shows up. They don't use tape or anything to hold the package closed. Only 3 staples on each side. Driver scaned package as Damaged and opened Of course with no product inside, Just an empty box. I have been calling, Sending Emails, Trying the online chat which is always offline during business hours and still haven't heard nothing back from the seller.. Very bad Experience. Had a Tournament to be in and was not able to get the job done right with no trolling motor as we all know how that goes."

Better File With The Better Business Bureau!

"I don't want to be too redundant here because the reviews I 've read below are almost identical to the experience that I've had in dealing with this shady company. I have absolutely no information in regard to the order I placed. No returned telephone calls to at least three inquiries, no E-Mail response to numerous requests! I don't even know if they ever placed my order as there was never even an order confirmation. It was a telephone order and I was assured that they did have 281 pieces of the item I was looking for in stock. That was about a month ago. Now, the item is listed on back-order! I've tried to cancel the order but have gotten nowhere! I haven't checked my credit card yet but now I'm getting nervous and will call my company as soon as I'm done here! I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau--which I suggest everyone do. Just cut and paste what you've written below and submit it. I should have known there was a problem when every bit of information that I gave to the young lady taking my order was met with the response, "Cool Beans"! I would give her name and telephone extension but I won't stoop to this company's level. Suffice it to say, you can leave all the messages you want on her extension, you won't hear anything back. What a scam! "

Did not ship part, no answer to phone calls, no email

"I put in an order on Sept 27 2017, and they charged me right away. The next day I get an email confirmation of my order, and another email from Anthony President and CEO asking to rate them. Well after a week of not receiving a tracking number, I decided to send an email and follow up with a phone call. No one answers at all. After this, I sent emails daily and called several times daily, one time I called 48 times, and no one answered at all. I left voicemails and they never return your call. I'm charged up to $550, and it's been more than three weeks and nothing has shipped out. So I called my bank to dispute the charges and thank God they are able to reverse it. New shoppers, read this and all other comments about this shady company. Go shop somewhere else where you will actually talk to a human being and get a email response in a reasonable time. This should be reported to the BBB. "

No Tracking, No Delivery, No Communication

"Homepage states the hurricanes are why there are delays in processing orders as well as FedEx and UPS being severely impacted. Yet both FedEx and UPS are doing just fine, along with any other online retailer I've order from recently... I'm sorry guys if that's really the case and you're working to get back on your feet and operational. I wish the best to you.

Although what's likely the actual case is that the owner was just sentenced to six years in prison for selling counterfeit merchandise and the company is in shambles. Yet more than willing to keep processing credit cards, not orders.

However, simple communication goes a long way. Let's say you truly can't ship orders for weeks, it only takes a minute to reply to an email. Set realistic expectations for consumers, don't send an automated email from the "CEO" hoping I've had a good experience... I have not.

Without any communication, I will not be strung along for weeks to see if anything shows up at my doorstep when I could already have the product from a different retailer. I'm taking my own action to recoup costs and not relying on UniversalMania to ever respond.

Fearing this site is a scam and all the good "verified" reviews are fake AF, I'll never be back. If this is a legit company, unfortunately poor disaster management will forever tarnish your reputation. And while I feel for your situation (if that's truly the case), gotta be blunt in my review.

"Universal Mania ripped me off for $413.96!!!! I placed an order on their website universalmania.com on 09/29/17 and they never shipped my Order! I've been calling the phone number listed on their website for days and nobody ever answers. Thieves!"

Was worried, but not anymore.

"I saw a lot of these reviews and was super worried that I wouldn't get my magpul gen 2 buttstock. It was a cheap so I ordered it then I saw these reviews. I tried to stop the order and request refund. The only negative comment I have is that there is no way to get through to customer service and no way to contact them if I did have an issue. Luckily the item came very fast and was exactly what I wanted!!!! I am beyond excited and would order a similar item any time. "

an unorganized, fumbling botch-fest waiting to happen

"Update: Interesting read, google the owner KURT MICHAEL KROL, of Fayetteville NC, see what comes up.

That's why they are circling the drain, good luck getting any product you ordered or a refund.

This all started Sept 1st 2017

1st, the warehouse system broke down and it took weeks to ship the item.

2nd, I received a defective item.

3rd. it took over a week with 3 emails sent to get the refund approved

4th, I had to send the item back on my own dollar.

5th, they received the item 8 days ago and haven't refunded my payment yet.

6th, I email 3 times in the past week and haven't gotten a response.

7th, thank god I used paypal so I can open a dispute and get my money back.

8th, take my advice and steer clear, they are an unorganized, fumbling botch-fest waiting to happen as soon as you place your order everything will start going wrong.

"If youre reading this and youve placed an order with this scum bag of a company than its probably too late. Just like all the other reviews they will not respond to your emails, phone calls, or any inguiries. They take your money and will not ship the item. Absolute worse online shopping experience I have ever had. Luckily Bank Of America refunded my money after sumbitting a claim. Thank you Bank of America!"

"Ordered on the 26th of september, still nothing. They dodnt answer the phone, emails or online messages. Theres a message on their website about the hurricane, but comeon, someone could answer emails from home if this were a real cmpany. Luckily my bank refunded the money to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM"

Zero customer service or communication!

"Order was placed last week..8- 10 days later, I have not received any shipping or tracking confirmation. I have since emailed , called shipping, sales, and even refunds in an attempt to reach an actual human, ALL with no luck. This co is pathetic, all I wanted was a tracking # or some type of shipping confirmation. How can they still be in business? I'm still awaiting a response, don't know if it was even shipped yet...But I damn sure know I will be getting either :
A full refund or next day shipping. If not, I will be sure to cost them far more in negative reviews.. And, to think..all could have been avoided if they simply responded to emails, voicemails, or had an actual employee..
