"I ordered 11/23/2017 for a super sale priced Holosun 403B early in the morning, my card was charged immediately.

Now it is 11/28/2017 and they have still not shipped my Holosun 403B.

I have left VM with Sales, Shipping, and Support...No call back!

I sent half a dozen emails following their directions with the Order number.

I am filing a complaint with the NC AG fraud division, BBB, as well as my Bank to do a clawback.

I should have thought better of a great price, I got what I paid for."

"Do not order from them. It's been over a month trying to get my money back from an item that they claimed was in stock. Then blamed it on their distributor. Just try and contact their company, i've never been able to reach anyone via their phone number."

"They ****! I bought a great underwater light from them but 3 months later it leaked. I tried to get a warranty through them but after 30 days I had to go through the manufacturer. The light has a 2 year warranty but the manufacturer would not honor it because they are not an authorized dealer. So I spent almost $300 on a light that worked for 3 months. Stay away from this company. "

I sent a second email requesting they ship my order or I will notify my credit card company to dispute the charge. No answer from Universal Mania. Hopefully I will get my money back!"

"I didn't do enough research on this company and I will say that's my fault. I ordered an gun stock that came in for the carbine model and was too short. I thought oh well i'll return it ask that they send the right one and that was my biggest mistake. I paid to have USPS ship it back (really bad customer service to begin with) and as of today 30 days later I'm out the money I spent on the item too! All in all I have paid for shipping and for no replacement I'm out more money than the item costs at other sellers. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
