"I ordered iron sights and paid for 3-5 day shipping because I was on a tight schedule. After a full week goes by with absolutely no shipping update or communication, I ATTEMPTED to contact customer service online. I called customer service... No answer, so I left a voicemail. Two days later, I call again. Still no answer. I call the Shipping department... No answer so I left a voicemail. Next, I sent three emails... Finally I get a generic mass email that vaguely explains they are having a "server issue... We understand our customer's frustration...if you want to cancel your order click here... But your orders will be shipped SOON ENOUGH.". WTF?? Soon enough?? What kind of communication is that? Not only did they not specifically answer the questions I asked in my email to them, but they have the audacity to send out a mass email??
I seriously considered the fact that this was a false website and that scammers received my $200. Now that almost a month has gone by with no further communication or contact with a live employee, I cancelled my order. Now I'm praying for my money to be returned promptly. Buuuuut I'm not holding my breath. Seriously reconsider doing business with Universal Mania. I've never had such terrible service in every aspect of an online purchase. "

"Do not waste your time with this company. I ordered a scope at an awesome price. I paid, well, I OVERPAID for UPS Next Day Air, a $49+ added charge. Never received tracking information. I called the company, at a minimum, 25 times to no avail. I emailed the company, at a minimum, 25 times to no avail. I contacted PayPal to file a dispute and it was immediately escalated to a claim. Just save yourself the aggravation of dealing with this and spend the extra $$ to buy from amazon or another reputable company. The only reason they got one star, is because -1 wasn’t an option."
"Ordered an item on Oct-27, instantly got confirmation and they charged my card. They say it will arrive in 3-5 business days. After 8 business days I put in a support ticket saying I haven't gotten a tracking number yet, I get confirmation they received my ticket but nothing else. I start a dispute with paypal and they won't even respond to paypal. I have tried calling them 4 times leaving them several messages with no call backs. Do not waste your time and money, go shop somewhere else. I should have had my order 2 weeks ago instead I've got to wait 30 days for them to not respond to paypal before I get a refund."
"Ordered a suppressor piston which on their website was in stock. Received an order confirmation email saying it would be shipped in a day to a few days.
It never got shipped, I received no shipping confirmation email. I called twice with messages left and emailed once the check the status of my order. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER.
I got an email 2.5 weeks after my order was placed saying the item was back ordered and if I wanted to cancel the order to email them.
So I emailed to cancel, NO RESPONSE.
Finally I filed a claim with PayPal. A day after I filed the claim, they updated saying it got shipped. THEY PUT A FAKE UPS TRACKING NUMBER.
This company is a joke, lol.
If you do still elect to purchase from them, just make sure to use PayPal."
