love the brand but HORRIBLE service

"I ordered a pair of shorts for $20 but returned them via mail because it was the wrong size
it's already past the 10-14 business days that they promised would take to process my refund
I already contacted customer service at least six times and I still didn't get my refund
how hard is it to refund $20?????

Horrible Customer Service!!

"I ordered some hunting apparel from them awhile back and the order was suppose to arrive a few days ago and it didn't show up. So I decided to call up their customer service to see what was going on and not only was I on hold for 15 minutes until somebody answered me but apparently they canceled my oder because my card didn't go through (which is no big deal) but they failed to even contact me via e-mail about the situation and now I am on a time crunch because I need that apparel in a few days. Not to mention the person who helped me out was very rude! Customer service is a backbone in a company in my opinion and this company is parilized from the waist down!!! "

the quality of the product has gone down

"I've bought merchandise in the past and it seemed to be high quality, however, this year several items that I have bought seem to be made of very thin materials. I've bought the same type of UA clothing for the past several years and this year it seems everything is made thinner and lower quality. "

"Ordered a t shirt 8 months ago through the student rep for my sports team. Have been emailing them for the last 2 or 3 months trying to find out what on earth has happened. The correspondence has been diabolical to say the least, I have to send 3 emails before I get a reply.

It seems to me that they've lost the item, don't want to give me a refund, and so they are simply ignoring my emails.

I was told 1 month ago that the item would be sent to me the next day and would be with me by the end of the week...

And here I still am waiting for the item...and a reply to my 3 emails..

I really wanted the top as I was in my last year of university and really wanted some stash as a momento. But now I will just be happy to just get my money back!

Don't choose them as your kit provider of you are a sports club.

"Love their cold weather gear. My only complaint is that after wearing my bib during a 5k (so I had it pinned for no more than 30 minutes (yeah, not exactly a gazelle), I had 4 huge tears... which leads me to believe they're not of the best quality - or at least for the price."

"Shoes were at least 1 1/2 sizes larger than their stated size. They were shipped in what looked like a large used zip-lock sandwich bag and no packing in the box. Wrote a review on their web site that was declined because it was a negative review. (What good are reviews if all you're going to post are the good ones.) They have no return shipping so you're out $10 or more to return merchandise. UPDATE: Returned shoes 3 weeks ago and have still not received a refund. Tracking number says they got it 3 days after I returned the item. "

"Product was faulty. The tongue on my cleat came out after a grand total of 4 hours of use. Tried to set up an exchange for a new item online, but they wanted me to buy a new pair, then refund that purchase price only when I returned the damaged item. On top of that, they wanted me to pay to return the damaged item. So because their product was faulty, they wanted me to be out the cost of the product plus another $10-15 for shipping, only to be at their mercy on whether they decided to refund the original item. Really lousy policy. When I asked if I could simply give them my CC, and they could charge it if I failed to return the shoes, they said no. They clearly have no intention of actually standing behind their products, which are apparently pretty lousy quality to begin with. Don't buy UA if you have any intentions of ever wanting to get a fair return deal."

"Bought some UA Micro G® Composite Training Shoes a couple months ago, and I have to say that they have been the best pair of shoes I have ever owned. The cushioning is perfect for almost any activity and the fit is excellent. I've ran almost 300 miles in them and they are holding up great."

"Placed an order for sneakers on 01/01/2013. I qualified for free standard shipping and expected to get the shoes around 01/07 or 01/08. They were on my doorstep on 01/03. Unfortunately, the shoe I ordered apparently runs small and they were quite tight. I called up on 01/04 and the customer service was terrific.

The website explains that return shipping is the customer's expense and that with an exchange they do a return and then a new purchase. In my case, the CSR told me he was e-mailing me a return shipping label for FedEx. He then told me that once he had notification that the item was shipped back that he would have the new sneakers shipped out to me.

I can't really be upset with that service.

"I never had much UA gear in the past but I figured I could use some new tshirts for the gym and they are a local brand as I live in the Northeast. Overall, I have ordered many items from them over the past few months as they have continuosly had a good value for price/product. Shipping is almost always fast with 2-3 days shipping and they usually offer free shipping no matter what you purchase. The products have performed well for me and do exactly what I purchased them to do for me. Customer service was responsive when I had an issue with some products and their return process is also very simple and can be done in many ways. I have been happy with the gear from UA and I would recommend them to friends/family for gym or casual usage. "
