online order from hell

"A horribly bungled online order followed by incredibly poor customer service (via multiple online chats). Such a disappointment. I do not recommend shopping the online UA store."

Piece of Chit Company

"I placed an order Dec. 13th for my son a hoodie for Christmas. I NEVER received a confirmation of purchase or tracking number and was concerned about that. On Dec. 21st I checked my wooden box out on my gate to see if it had arrived and it was there. It was in a clear plastic bag inside another black plastic bag. Water came pouring out of the bags when I picked it up and drenched my carpet and couch when I brought it inside. The hoodie was soaked through and through and did not have a dry spot on it.

I called and told them, asking why I had not received tracking information and why it was in plastic bags not sealed properly. I explained that I wanted another one sent 2 day so I could get it before Christmas and would be sending the water logged hoodie back. I was told they could not do that because they had cut off all service that would assure orders placed would arrive before Christmas

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I ONLY WISH I HAD CHECKED THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING IT.

Worst customer service ever!

"I have never had such bad customer service ever! Ordered shoes that were in stocking December 6th. Waited two weeks didn’t ship. Contacted them . They said finding them in warehouse. Called two days later said they would ship the next day. They didn’t. Called again said they found them and will ship. I got an out of stock email the next day!!!!!! Called them right away! This is about 2 hours of my time into this order already!!!! I complained and they really didn’t seem to care it was December 18th by this time and I preferred on December 6th..plenty of time for Christmas! They said they would place another order for a different pair of shoes, but I had to do it by phone. Now since I don’t trust them at all anymore I took notes during my call and wrote everything down. The size and color number and the color name and it repeated it TWICE to the operator. So they send them out and I got them today December 21st and guess what... they are the wrong bleeping color!!!! I have three and a half hours into this and now have to call again tomorrow and tell them how totally unacceptable this is when they have so much competition. Oh and to top it off those shoes that I originally preferred that they said are out of stock in the size that I ordered are still posted as in stock on the website today(Dec 21)!!!! Wow I am beyond disgusted with this uncaring company!!!!!"

Worst online purchase ever!!!!!

"Made an online order, checked my account & I was overcharged. Contacted customer service & was told that my order was split between two different warehouses which causes the overcharge. They told me that the authorization would fall off once my order shipped. Received order yesterday, they didn't send me my complete order & still waiting for my money that they were not authorized to take in the 1st place. Never will do business again "

False Advertising and Horrible Customer Service

"I purchased an iPhone case that states on the packaging, and shows photo's of 4 or 5 different mounts, one being a magnetic mount, and the other a Bike Mount. The only mount they had in stock was the magnetic mount. I contacted customer service at UA and was not impressed at all, the agent who first took my call has no clue what customer services is about, and his demeanor was totally unprofessional. I asked for a supervisor and was disconnected, however a supervisor did call me back. I was told they do not have any mounts in production other than the magnetic mount at this time. WHY would a company with such name brand recognition market a product they do not have, and have no idea when it will, or if it will be available. False advertising? The main reason I bought this product over the Otterbox was the Bike Mount, which apparently they don't have and never did. Oh, and did I tell you that there is no Customer Service Phone number or email on their website? I had to google it."

Should have looked at reviews first

"Will never buy from ua.com again. Purchased some shirts and some brand new training socks. Some if the shirts were to large so I filled out the form that came in the shipment with exchange sizes and sent back. Waited a month with zero notifications. Called and they said they don't do exchanges. I said there was an exchange form in the box and I filled it out same day as received. He told me it was a policy change and they were experiencing Growing Pains as a company. He then could not even look up my sent back items to see if they had been received. He finally was able to look and see that they actually credited my card back a week ago. Absolutely horrible"

"Zipper failed exactly 90 days from purchase. Jacket is gorgeous but doesn’t work if you can’t zip it!! Buy anything else!"

Item Return Processing is a nightmare

"Buying and returning items off their website is the most painful exercise you will ever endure as a on0line shopper. I did not expect them to be as efficient and helpful as Amazon, but DID expect for them to process returns in a timely manner. My experience, twice is a row, s much for a one time error!, was that the items were actually received by Under Armour in a timely fashion (within 4 business days after mailing it) However, the refund processing was NON-EXISTENT! ... In both cases, I had to call the CX dept to actually have them investigate as top why the refund was not being processed. In both instances, the rep. stated that there was a glitch in their system. Seriously!, that is the best excuse you can provide a customer ... Need to work on fixing their internal processes. Until then, I'm done buying anything on line from Under Armour!"

Exchange process is horrible

"I purchased a bunch of items but had to return some for exchanges for bigger sizes. Following their process I returned and was refunded the money after a couple weeks. Then I waited a couple weeks before calling to follow up and they said they were really busy and will be processing the exchange soon. Waited another 2 weeks and now they said they are changing the exchange process to be like Amazon and are notifying customers that they just refund now. Since I used a discount on my original purchase they didn't honor that cause it's been more than 30 days. Just horrible.

Crooks. Will only partly refund you !!!!!

"OMG. Worst customer service ever. I ordered online 2 shorts and shoes. Returned both in august. Its almost November and they have not refunded my money. I have contacted customer support 9 times ! They blamed the hurricanes, the weather and everything else on the slow processing. Finally last month they refunded my shorts but no shoes. I called last month and they promised last month I would get refund. Did I get it?no. Then called today and they want to refund part of my money. Will they do it ? Probably not. Why partly ? I emailed them and no response. They are crooks."

Terrible.

"Ordered a pair of shoes and a shirt. Which put me up to the free shipping. Yay, I thought to myself, who doesn't love free shipping. I placed the order and got a text that my credit card has been charged. A week later I got the shirt, and no shoes. I sent my first email to customer service with no response. Few days later, sent another email, again to no response. Today I got tired of waiting and called customer service, after the 15 minute hold I got a gentlemen that seemed like he had no idea what customer service is, or how he should treat customers. I explained my dilemma and he informed me that the shoes are out of stock, and that part had been canceled. Which put me under the free shipping price, so I ended up paying $23 for a $18 shirt. Terrible service, and as much as I love the products. I will never buy anything else from them again. I feel so disrespected."

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM UNDER ARMOUR ONLINE AGAIN

"I ordered a backpack and a pair of shoes for my little brother. I ordered on the 10th of August it's now the 22nd and I still have not received his shoes. I tried calling Customer service and was on hold for over 45 min via phone (no joke) and 20 min via online. I had to call back the next day and still waited over 20 min. When I was finally able to speak with someone. Zariah, who was rude, said "we've had a high call volume, sorry. What else can I help you with"? I will never order from here again. This was my 1st and will be my last time ordering through this company. I have ordered from Nike, Finishline, other athletic company's and have never had any issues. Under Armour you have to do better. Very disappointed! Customer service is how you stay in business. "

Poor customer service and online delivery

"I ordered cleats for my son on a Sunday 8/13/17. I paid $9 for 3 day delivery via Fed Ex. Per the Under Armour policy, they should have been shipped on Monday 8/14/17 since the order was placed before 1pm the previous day. The cleats did not ship until Thursday afternoon 8/17/17. I paid for 3 business day delivery via Fed Ex. Now, the tracking for Fed Ex shows it will be delivered on Monday 8/21/17 via USPS. This is clearly not the service I paid for and is fraud. The customer service rep when contacted on Wednesday 8/16/17 told me the cleats were being shipped that evening. However, the following day I was contacted they would be shipped. Which is it? It also took 45 minutes to get someone to help me. This company makes a lot of money and put nothing into their service department. I will clearly take my business elsewhere and stay away from the UA brand. "

Horrible customer service

"Customer service department, especially Steve W, the customer service manager are pathetic. They sent the wrong hat with my order. I called and explained the situation ( after a 45min wait to talk to someone) they were getting a replacement out right away, with tracking info on it. After a few days of nothing, I called again (45 min wait) it hasn't been shipped yet, will go out very soon. 2 days later still nothing. Called again, 35 min wait, product will ship out the following day expedited. After several days nothing. Called again 45 min wait, spoke to Steve W the manager and he was worthless. No help, couldn't tell me anything, would not transfer me to anyone who could get me info. A few days later I got my replacement.... wrong hat again. After calling the 5th time 35 min wait, they were going to look into the situation and get back to me in 2 days. Several days later with no call back I called, 30 min wait, and found out their website mislabeled the product, and it was no longer available. What a horrible experience with UA. Their customer service department definitely needs training. Never again will I use UA."
