Wish I had never ordered

"I placed an order on their website, it stated it would be here before the first day of school. I waited and when it never got it I called to figure out what was going on with my order. I could not get anyone on the phone after waiting two hours for a person. I then tried there live chat and after waiting 30 mins for someone I was told my order was canceled because it was no longer in stock. However on their website it still states the order is processing and I never received an email letting me know my order was canceled. I will never buy an Under Armor products ever again online or in store.

Costumer service is terrible.

"I've been on hold now 28 min. This is more then ridiculous. You keep people on so they say the hell with it and hang up. All I had was a damn question. I bought thousands in UA over the years. Never again. I'll stick with NIKE. your service **** very very bad. Pretty poor. CEO worth billions no wonder. No one can send anything back or ask a question about their order status. "

Horrible service

"5 days after order was still pending... I paid the full amount in advance. No communication what so ever, no response on email and 30 minutes on the phone and no one answered. Finally after 3 other attempets i got someone on the line. My order was cancelled some how and I would have recieved a full refund.... which I didn't get! In order to compensate me I got a 20 % discount... But I got a 25 % discount on my previous order so now I had to pay even more! Shame on them! "

The Worse experience from buncha losers

"I will never ever purchase any under Armour from either their store or other Locations.I went specially in Downtown of Chicago where there Brand House is located.Of course they didn't have the any shoes that you see on their web site.But they were quickly trying to sell me a new arrivals for over $120 plus tax.They hiring minorities who don't give a ?hit about anything. The morons over there ordered me a women's shoes instead of men's.I cancelled it the same day.Still waiting for my money to be refunded back to my credit/debit card.I have been calling for the last couple days with no success.They hung up on me several times and have been lying day by day.Bunch a losers ans scammers.First they tell me i will get a refund once it ships.Now they telling me when they receive the Item back from me!!Of course i was never in possession of the shoes.On top of that I mostly wait one hour and 15 minutes just to talk to them when I ask them why do I have to wait so long they tell me they have a glitch that day(it means every day)Avoid these losers.This is not how to run a bussiness.Never ever I will buy anything from this Company."

Don't order online!!!!!!!!

"Ordered a backpack for my son and selected the expedited shipping so it would get here in time. The order didn't arrive on the estimated shipping date, and I've been waiting on the phone for 45 min as well as the online live chat and have yet to receive any help. So frustrated!!!!! First and last time I ever order anything under armour "

Worst Customer Service EVER!!! Be prepared to wait on hold and get sub-par service

"Brutal. Non existent customer service, you have to wait on hold a minimum on 30 minutes each and every time you call in. Chat is no better and they can't really help you and tell you to call customer service. I have been waiting for almost a month for a return to be processed and keep getting "oh we just did a system update to improve refunds, returns and orders..." yeah right, I see a real improvement! And I am sure they don't care about my frustration. I will definitely be spending my money elsewhere once I get it back maybe by the end of the year? On top of that the apparel I have purchased, as far as quality seems to have gone downhill, I guess I expect a lot out of a pair of capris that cost $65...UA you have failed yet again."

terrible first impression

"After about a week of nothing showing up in my email about my order, I got concerned and live chatted Under Armour to see what was going on. Through the live chat all they could tell me was that they were getting an update to the system and that they couldn't tell where my order was in the process. I asked them to cancel the order because I needed one of the items it within a couple of days. They tried and said they could not cancel the order. They also told me I had not been charged which leads me to believe it has not been shipped. Therefore the order should be able to be canceled. After this attempt I made a phone call to Under Armour and trI'd to get help again. This rep told me that he would check on it and email me later on. I did receive an email with said the same thing, that he could not cancel the order it was too far into the process. However they still did not know where my order was in the process. I was told I could receive the items and then return them for a refund. I am reading that it takes five to nine days to get your money back after they receive the items back which will at least take another 2 weeks I'm sure. I am extremely unimpressed with this first online order that I've made with Under Armour. I'm usually not a complainer but Under Armour you need to get your act together. I will be warning the entire football team not to order anything online this year."

Who Cares?

"Called UA customer service to inquire about shoelace replacement availability and provided make and model of shoe and color of laces that match. Representative advised that we do not make shoe laces, go to a sporting goods store. I advised that the laces are specific to the shoe and cannot be replaced with generic laces that will not be the correct color, size, etc. Customer service guy said we don't have any. Fancy that, one of the largest shoe manufacturers and we don't do laces???"

Going under...

"Yikes. Recently placed my first order online for UA goods and this company that claims to have a global presence has no idea how to deal with customers. My order has been sitting somewhere for three days. "Shipped" means nothing unless it's somewhere near a transport vehicle. Customer service is haphazard and sad. As I write this, there are reports that UA is bringing in a new CEO and a new COO. Can't be any worse that the outgoing crew. Too late for me."

Bad Quality

"I am very disappointed with my Under Armour purchases. I bought a pair of cleats for intramural soccer and wore them about ten times before I noticed that during a game one of the cleats broke off of the shoe causing my step to be off balance. This could've not only caused me to get injured during the game, but also lead to me having to sit out from the game. It was very frustrating considering I am a college student and I don't have time or extra money to go out of my way to buy a new pair cleats. I shouldn't have to. In addition, I got a pair of Under Armour running shoes for Christmas and only 5 months later there are holes on the back of the heel. The cloth wore off and now my heel is rubbing on a piece of metal. This was very disappointing considering all I do in them is walk on the treadmill. They caused me to get water blisters on the back of my heels. Because I don't have time or money to get a new pair I literally go to the gym with my converse and workout without shoes because I now have nothing with arch support. I am very disappointed with the quality of the shoes I purchased and I will absolutely not be making the mistake of buying another pair again!"

they do not care, upsetting a kid

"Basketball Shoes suppose to be sent overnite, it was delivered 2 days. Its for my nephew who is so excited to get it overseas and I'm leaving tomorrow afternoon. I might get it or not. The kid will get upset if I cannot deliver it.
Your customer service rep Dan on the phone is unbelievable person and no where close to be people person
He did not even ask why I'm that upset.
He made his assumption on 10 dollar, at the end of the conversation throwing me 10 dollar gift card. I'm not after 10 dollar. Rush order is a rush order.
Even he questioned why I did not order earlier, I asked for a manager he said he does not have one.
He said two day shipment is a overnight

I will never suggest ua.com or their customer service any where any time it is terrible

BAD service and item never delivered

"Really bad service. My item was lost through delivery by fed ex. I asked u set armour to help me locate my package. I soon realized that they would rather pass it off to fed ex vs contacting fed ex and helping to locate my item. Than I told the service agent I was unhappy. His response was too bad contact fed ex. Wow. I. Is have to contact my credit card and report this item not arrived.
Good quality cloths but service I would give a 0.
