"The chairs came well packaged and on time but when I opened all the boxes none of them came with the sunbrella cushions that were suppose to be included. I called and customer service was very nice and said they'd investigate and get back to me. I'm waiting for a reply. Hopefully they will make good and send me the cushions. The chairs are nice and sturdy and just what I was looking for if the cushions were there. Ok, I can finish now because the cushions came! "Great customer service and very nice looking patio furniture for the price. We purchased 3 sets, consisting of 12 boxes on 4 pallets delivered to our home in California. Only issue was that there was a minor scratch one wicker piece but too minor to return and the sectional clips they set do not fit the sections - so we had to purchase elsewhere. I'm hoping the wicker last and given the warranty, I think it should last at least the warranty period. "
