"I was very apprehensive about ordering patio furniture online, but I was actually very pleasantly surprised by my experience with UltimatePatio (shopperschoice.com). After searching in every patio/outdoor store nearby for a specific style but to no avail, I finally gave up and took to the internet. This site was the only place I could find it, and the price was very reasonable. I placed my order by phone because I wanted to mix up the chairs that came with the set (standard and swivel rockers), and Dominic was very helpful with the order. He had no problem customizing it and adjusting the price for me. There was a very slight delay in shipping (the chairs were in but the table was not), but they proactively notified me of the delay before my original shipping date, which was comforting because otherwise I would have gotten a little nervous and probably overreacted about the whole transaction. I emailed with a few questions, and I always received a prompt response (Pat was very helpful with my customer service questions). I received the table/chairs via SAIA shipping, which was also a very pleasant experience. The table/chairs were very easy to assemble, and I really love them. There was a small scratch on the table, but just a surface scratch. I sent an email about it last night, and this morning I received a message from Austin that they were shipping out touch-up paint today, and he even told me the best way to apply it, which was nice. It is very rare for me to write such a review, but it's also very rare these days to receive such good customer service. My experience was such a positive one that I feel like the people helping me deserved a little recognition! Thanks!"
