"This is the second time UJ Toys has screwed up on an order with me. But it will be the last as I will NEVER do business with them again.
The first order I placed with them, I paid for overnight shipping, and they screwed it up and sent it regular mail through the USPS. When I clearly paid for overnight shipping through UPS. Then they argued they didn't want to refund me the difference on shipping. Instead offering me a store credit! I refused. That's not what I paid for. And they shorted me on my order to boot!
However, I tried to be a good sport about it. I figure everyone can have a bad day once in a while. So, I figured I would give them a second chance. Bad idea on my part.
The second time, I ordered one lousy item that was needed overnight. So I paid $36.00 and change to have it FED-EX overnight. They sent me an e-mail saying it was shipped with a FED-EX tracking link that was no good. Guess what? You guessed it, they sent the damned thing through the post office yet again. Not even overnight as paid for. It probably cost them $3.00 to ship the damned thing. My bank will be disputing the charge in the morning they said.
UJ Toys can't even handle something simple like shipping. How the hell can you expect them to stand behind anything else they sell?
And the customer service is horrible. They simply don't give a damn, and act like they are doing you a favor even talking to you. "

What a lie I ordered parts for a helicopter back in December have called many times now 6 weeks or so later told my order was canceled.. The so called supervisor said they called and left voice mail .. Hmm I have no missed calls or voice mail !! LIARS "
"I'm sharing my horrible experience with ujtoys. I bought the UDI 817 quadcopter. It would lift off the ground and then a short distance from me just fall out of the sky like it lost the connection with the controller. I had to stand close beside it for it to reconnect. I had to pay for shipping to ujtoys for warranty. 3 weeks and 6 phone calls later they finally opened the box. The tech flew it close to the controller and wouldn't go outside "because it was too cold" so they never duplicated the problem. They shipped it back to me and said it is fine. It's not fine - it's defective! They want me to pay to ship to them again and they will check it again. Beware of this company if you need warranty.
Buy thru ebay or Amazon. Do not buy directly from this company. I hope that sharing my terrible experience with ujtoys will prevent people from buying from them and therefore save others from having a similar horrible experience."

Purchased an RC helicopter which didn't work right from the moment I opened it. I own and operate four RC helicopters over a period of several years and never had an experience this bad. On one occasion I got a defective copter and simply got a refund. This time I didn't even get a refund. They make you ship the defective product back (at your own expense - shipping cost almost as much as the helicopter itself) and send you another one. What happens if they send you another defective one? You are SOL (if I ship it back again I will have paid nearly double the cost of the helicopter). UJ toys seems to have a good selection of good toys, but if you get a defective one they will rip you off, so beware. UJ Toys policy: 7 day manufactured defective guarantee for exchange ONLY. Amazon: 30 days instant refund. eBay: 30 day refund the full cost of the item and original shipping."
"AWFUL company!!!! They were initially very cordial and helpful when buying a Christmas present for my son. The remote control tank malfunctioned within 10 minutes of opening. We promptly returned and a month later we have nothing. We can't get through to the company (phone or chat), the last time we were able to get a hold of them (well over 2 wks ago), they were to ship the fixed tank (they refused to refund by $170 saying they don't do refunds) and were told we would have it a week ago. NOTHING!!! My son has been waiting anxiously everyday to get his tank back, and gone to bed crying more than once disappointed. AWFUL, AWFUL company. Do NOT buy from them!!"
"I ordered a 3 channel coaxial helicopter for some fun to fly around the inside of my house during the winter and upon arriving it didn't work. I fully charged the helicopter and put batteries in the controller but upon pairing the two I could never get the rotors to spin. I contacted customer service and was told to send it back to get fixed and later got an email with a Manufacturer Defect sheet that I needed to fill out.
Well, I mailed it back and checked tracking so that I knew they had received the package. I have emailed on three different occasions with questions regarding the return, attempted to call customer service, and even tried the live chat on their website and so far I have not heard a single word back in any of those avenues.
If I do not hear back within another 10 days I will be taking this to small claims court to get reimbursed for the product as well as my time spent in trying to contact them for help. As of now, I consider my money stolen as they billed my account but I have no product.
Update: January 24th, 2014.
I talked to a customer service representative 11 days ago (Jan 13th) and she acknowledged that they had indeed received the return shipment. She said that they will git it fixed and sent back out to me.
I had not heard anything else since (a week and a half) so I called back again today and spoke to a different representative. He said that my item will ship out TODAY. I am hopeful that this will be resolved by the middle of next week if the shipment arrives. "

I went to your web site to find parts for my Blackhawk. Your site was easy to use. I found the parts I needed and placed my order but I didn,t stop there. I looked at how easy you made looking up different Helicopter by skill and budget and ended up with a new copter. The shipping was very reasonable especially since I live in Alaska.
