"This is the third time I have had a problem with items purchased from your company. First a your model number UJ318-25 bad battery you made me purchase a new one which I did battery did not last but a week or two! My recent purchase was a Double horse 9053 the remote would not turn off and trim and rudder control not working! Instead of offering to send a new remote and have me send back the defective one you made me send it back to be repaired. This is not a way to keep your clients happy we buy these things to have fun with not send back and wait for you to check out especially if it doesn't turn off!!!! I would like to continue my business with you folks but I wonder if there is someone out there can do a better job?"

"Just had a BAD (bad, awful, disappointing) experience with Ujtoys. I had purchased an RC helicopter from them & decided to get another one after wearing the other one out. I received it, did one flight(no crashes)waited for the battery to cool down before recharging, recharged heli & no go. Called Ujtoys to resolve & the only thing the warranty covers is if something is missing or broken in the package. They were willing to fix it for a price. I feel like they missed a golden opportunity to provide customer service. Even went up the ladder & spoke to the supervisor & all I got was an offer to buy another one at a discount. All I want is for the one I already paid for to work. Someone in an influential position there needs to read Ken Blanchard's book 'Raving Fans'. It's amazing how much money is spent to get a customer & how quickly they are lost when something like this happens. Be Careful when dealing with these folks. Off to warn others"

"Placed an order (order#38469) for a syma s032 helicopter. Decided to give them a try to save a little on cost. Shipping was prompt. Upon opening and completing initial set up the helicopter would not function. I was able to determine that the transmitter was defective. (have 6 other helicopters and was able to use a transmitter from another one to find the fault) Emailed ujtoys costumer service 4 times about the issue. They informed me they would replace transmitter but would not pay return shipping. In my dealings purchasing other items from other sites if the initial purchase was found to be defective the company paid return shipping and took care of the problem. Not so at ujtoys."
