"Very grateful that UJ Toys had the parts needed for a repair. The resulting package was shipped in a very timely manner. Only suggestion for improvement - interface showing parts would be better if reference to where that part is used for the specified item. In my case, a replacement part for the rotors of a remote control helicopter. There are many parts that looked similar on the website. I ended up buying two parts as I wasn't 100% sure which was the right one. I did receive the right one... but I also received a spare (which will be handy if I need that part in the future)."

" My shopping experience on Ujtoys.com was great. I was in the process of helping a young man repair his RC helicopter and observed some of the parts were damaged. I was able to locate the site from the information on the upper and lower blades. After a short time of searching, I found what was needed and ordered the parts. The ordering process and shipping time was great. I used the standard shipping time and received the product within the time quoted. After looking over the received items, I realized a part was missing. I called customer service the next day to inform them of the part that was missing. The service person was very professional in dealing with my situation. She explained that this missing item will shipped and was sorry for the inconvenient. I received the item in a few days. The site was easy to follow and offered other options of replacing parts, purchasing similar product or upgrading to a better product. I would recommend this site to any one looking for information on this topic."
