"Yes I received my flag, but the stitching was puckered, and some places there was no stitching. I had to get out my OWN sewing kit and re-stitch the top and the bottom of the flag. Very disappointed!"

"I ordered flags which are heavy duty and exactly what I expected with one problem. One of them came with only a grommet at the top, missing the grommet at the bottom. I wrote to the company twice and received no response, very disappointing. Although the flags are what I wanted, I'll be ordering from another company in the future."

"I had to return the first 20ft. pole I bought because it broke at one of the joints. I was told I did not buy the extended warranty of which I was never told about, but they would replace it this ( and it cost me $30 to return ) time and they did. I recieved a 25ft. extension pole this time for some reason and I cant get two of the extension joints to lock in place they just keep turning never lock so I have had to put duct tape on them to hold in place, yes it will stap up now and I will say I love flying my flag's everyday but I don't understand why ."

"I placed an order on 9-11-19. The telescoping flag poles did not meet our requirements as the telescoping pole did not telescope the right way. On 10-29-19 called customer service. The rep created and RMA# for the wrong product. I did not receive a label. On Nov 4, 2019, I created an RMA for the poles but was not able to print the label. I called on 11-5-19 & the rep tried to send the label 3 times which I still have not received it."

"I have ordered several Super Tough 5'x 8' Polyester Estate flags over the past few years, and each time the ordering-and-delivery process has been smooth and trouble-free. In my last order I switched from the (heavy-duty) Super Tough polyester 5' x 8' flag to the (lighter weight) Super Tough 5' x 8' nylon flag only because where our flagpole sits it is sheltered from the wind so that the heavier flag didn't "fly" as much as I would have liked. The newer, lighter-weight flag definitely "unfurls and flys" much better. The heavier flags certainly weathered well, but after several years of 24 x 7 year-round weather exposure even the best quality flags get tired and should be replaced, so that's what I have done. I definitely recommend the US Flag Store, and have done so in the past to several friends and colleagues! "
"I ordered and paid for a 6x4 flag and received a 3x5 flag. I had to go to the webpage to find a phone number because I could not find it on the mobile page. I called & spoke with Anita to resolve my situation she took my information, and gave her options including sending me the right flag and returning the wrong one or even just refunding me the difference between the two flags. She said someone would get in touch with me within two business days. It is now over a week with no response!"
