"When we received our beautiful flags and flag poles with brackets, we discovered that one bracket came without the center retaining bolt and wing nut. When we called and informed customer service we were told that we could expect a new one within in days, It arrived in three days. The flags are remarkable in quality and workmanship and we love them!"
