"I have been ordering flags from On Line Stores for about the last 6 years or so. November 29, 2019 I ordered 10 flags, there was a special going on, placed my order. A few days later I was sent an email, the flags I ordered was out of stock, and will be sent approx. 1/5/20. Today 1/27/20 still no flags delivered. "Ordered the flag on November 23, still have not received the flag. Received a reply to my question on the shipping status on 12/17/19 and was told it was back ordered and would be available on 12/20/19, still no flag or response from the company. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!"
"Flag is what i expected.
This company is the worst to deal with. Over priced on shipping and could not even track the package. They Argued with me insisting it was delivered! I had to show them the tracking log on the delivery company's website to prove to them it was not delivered. Than they said they would call to find out what went wrong and proceeded to tell me i did not have a delivery date, which i did! It just went on and on. Oh and package was in 2 separate boxes, they delivered first box and lost second box. Basically took 3 different days off of work to wait for the delivery. Will get the flag through another company if need be. "
