Nice ordering, very speedy service!!

I'm amazed as to how rapidly i received my order.

It was E-Z for me to find the product that i WANT and i could get it easily now. I am happy with the product and i am feeling good about the extra upgrades that web site recommended--NOT being given the feeling that i was forced to order--but SUGGESTED i get these helper items, including tests done to make sure the product will function correcty.

Good packaging and handling also count--not too much in a hurry.

The product was in really good shape, plus all explanations were present in the packaging; i.e., from another web order i had, the company put in a filthy CD-ROM with not even one thing about how to install or precautions to take--no "readme" files, nada! Plus, the drivers on that were non-functioning! (I had to goto product's www site for good driver)(This was ANOTHER Co, not yours).

So... i have confidence in TUFSHOP, thanks so much!

"The order process was easy, but what I received was not exactly what I ordered. The replacement process is not easy. None of the links to webpages in their e-mails work. My e-mails to support have gone ignored and I have had to go to their 2nd level of support. I ordered PC2700 memory and got PC2100. I also ordered a Dynatron Heatsink and Fan which I did not receive. I would not reccomend this company."

"I ordered with a new credit card and had different addresses for the ship to and bill to. After being notified about this I called and had the problem fixed that day. Replied back to the email as stated and heard no response. Could not find an toll free number and had to call on my on a toll line to inquire on my order. Eventhough I had it fixed that day they still shipped it out late and took an extra week."

"Slowest shipment I have ever experienced online. Product just shipped today, 6 days later. It will not be here until Sept 9th, the order was placed on Aug 28th. I have spent 10s of thousands of dollars on computer equipment online and this is some of the slowest shipping I have ever seen."

"Dealing with this company may end my internet buying forever.I puchased a cpu/motherboard combo from Tufshop back in early July.After I installed the parts & powered up the system the cpu fried.The installation was done correctly & nothing was damaged or shorted.When I called Tufshop I was told that I would have to contact their technical support via E-Mail.Their return E-Mail to me was that they were moving their tech support area and it would take 48 to 72 hours to get back to me.When they eventually got back to me,their E-Mail stated that the RMA was closed and the parts were shipped.More than a week later I actually received an RMA form.Since they provided me with an RMA number on their initial E-Mail,I shipped back the cpu/mb combo. After about 10 days I received the new motherboard,but no cpu.Called and was told that they initially forgot to send the cpu.I received the cpu after a couple more days,and to my surprise it was the defective burned-up processor.Since they did send me a new motherboard,I assume that the one that was shipped back was defective & caused the burn-up. Called Mike at Tufshop and was told that I can not get a new cpu or a refund,but can purchase another processor at their price.Their price turned out to be higher than most retail sites.I tried to talk to the bossman(Raj or Rog)and was told that he would call me right back several times.As listed in other complaints,these people do not return calls.I am sorry that I did not check the Better Business Bureau web site before buying from these losers."

"The generic thermal paste in a one use container for $5.99 was a big negitive. I could have bought a much better product with multi use packageing at a 100 different places on the web. This kind of rip off will probably keep me from ordering from Tufshop again."

"Tufshop has nice a nice staff, and they're good with customer service. I wasn't too fond of my buying experience with them though. After I ordered my generic 256MB pc2100 ram chip, I got a call 2 business days later from them, trying to talk me into buying a better brand of memory. Now, don't get me wrong, to someone who doesnt know much about memory, this is probably a great idea, but i knew exactly what i was buying and know the differences between kingston memory or 'generic' memory... and I dont appreciate salesmen calling me.
Then, the next day, (today) they sent me an email that basically said that my credit card's security code could not be verified for some odd and unknown reason, and that in order to complete my order, they would need to do a 3-way conference call with me, them, and my bank, and wanted to know when a convienient time would be to set up this call.
So not only have 3 business days gone by that they have not processed my order, not only a phonecall from a salesperson trying to talk me into buying more, but now we have to play phone games. I should not have to encumber such inconveniences just for a simple purchase. I cancelled my order.

"Good pricing but the order process was confusing with all the different options and warrantees. There wasn't an adequate explanation of the different types of warrantees.

I appreciated the correspondence telling me the status of my order and the ability to track the order, but I felt the process took too long. I didn't feel it should take an order placed on Wednesday until Monday to ship.

"The number above is an order number; I did not see an invoice number. I have never purchased from Tufshop before, but the web site seemed easy enough to use. The prices were very good, which is why I decided to purchase from Tufshop. I have had poor technical support in the past from other vendors, which is why I decided to try another, so we will see about post-sales support in a little bit."

"The price was reasonable. Extras that are offerd gives the impression that you are trying not to stand behind the products that you sell. "well, it's hard for me to rate a website if this is my first order. if i get my merchandise in a timely manner, then it is easier for me to rate a business. i will say that i didn't understand why the shipping more than tripled when i decided to buy more than one of the product i was ordering. to me that was a little extreme. i kept me from making that addition. overall it was a good experience at the website."
