"I was shopping for tubes and just came across Tube Depot by accident. I'm an old timer and all my experience is with old USA made tubes so I wasn't really sure what to expect from the new issue tubes. Tube Depot really helped me out and worked with me to get me modern tubes that would work correctly with my older equipment.

The shipping costs are reasonable and fair and the packaging is so good that the tubes arrived intact despite the best efforts of the mail carrier to destroy them :)

"Placed order yesterday afternoon on their web site. The web site was very organized and made it easy to place an order. Received a order confirmation email after I placed the order. Today received a email the order was being shipped today. I realized that I made an error during the ordering process because the order was being shipped by UPS and I gave a PO Box instead of an street address. I called the company directly and they changed the shipping address to my street address before the order was picked up by UPS. The person on the phone was very efficient. The only problems were that one of the 5 items was back ordered and I feel their software should have noticed I gave a PO Box for shipping a UPS order. UPS doesn't ship to a PO Box. "I've had an interest in the low powered, SET tube amplifiers that are becoming very popular presently. Tube Depot offers their Cube 7, at at great and affordable price and so I decided to take the plunge. It arrived very quickly.. fast shipping but this particular unit had an issue with one channel. I did some trouble shooting as best as possible but the channel still wasn't working. I contacted Michelle who agreed to send me out a replacement unit and a return shipping label.
