Excellent customer service

"I was NOT very happy with this product at first. I had JUST gotten my dog bed today, and the cover had already ripped ! I wasn’t very happy so I emailed customer service and told them how unhappy I was, and emailed them pictures of my receipt and the rip. Camille Tolentino emailed me back and told me she was very sorry about what happened, that a new cover would be sent out to me and an email would be sent out when it shipped. She was so nice ! Even though I had a poor experience at first, I will be ordering with treat a dog again due to the excellent customer service I received. Thank you Camille Tolentino !!!!!!!!! "

Poor quality and customer service

"Sadly, the backseat cover is starting to fall apart after three months. Customer Service said "tough luck", you are beyond the thirty day period. This cover is seldom used."

"Ordered a back seat cover and a front seat cover (for me). The back seat cover came with a small defect. I notified TAD and Michelle Figueroa helped me right away and made it right. Super responsive customer service. The product itself is quality and does exactly what it needs to. "

Outstanding customer service!

"Somehow our dog managed to rip a giant hole (not even 2 weeks after getting it). Devastated, we reached out to customer service and was pleasantly surprised that they immediately sent out a replacement! Outstanding customer service and happy to say the replacement seatcover is still going strong (~5 months)! Lots of happy trips to the dog parks! Thank you!"

"Ordered 2 large beds and then realized that I probably needed XL. Contacted 'Treat A Dog' with my request to change my order. They responded the same day with 'I have changed your order at no cost! I certainly did not expect that response but appreciate it! Hoping to receive my order soon..my outside babies need new beds!"

Excellent Customer Service

"I ordered the PupLounge Memory Foam Orthopedic bed and when I received it the sewing was ripped on a medium sized area of the bed. I emailed customer service and after I sent a picture there were very accommodating and allowed me to keep the bed free of charge and are sending me a new one. Camille Tolentino was a huge help and very accommodating."

Great Dog Bed and even better customer!!!

"I received the Pup Lounge Memory Foam Orthopedic Dog Bed (GIANT) 50"L x 40"W x 10"H and its awesome!!! I had a small issue (very small stitching issue) that I needed addressed and emailed Customer Support and MICHELLE FIGUEROA got right back to me and completely handled the issue for me. I sent the email yesterday evening, went to bed and I had the response and solution this morning. Thank you Michelle Figueroa you made my day and thank you Treat a Dog for standing behind your product and for having Michelle on your team."

Pup Lounge Orthopedic Dog Bed

"I have purchased several different types of dog beds for my English Bulldog who has Arthritis and they all seem to just not be enough coverage for her. I found this website Treat A Dog and decided to give the Orthopedic Lounge dog bed a shot and Fiona LOVES LOVES LOVES it!! Not only is the bed exactly what it is described to be, their customer service is just as thorough and accommodating. I am so glad that I have found a bed that Fiona is comfortable in and she actually WANTS to be in it. I appreciate your company. "

"I ordered 2 large beds, and I have 2 Great Danes! The shipping was incredibly fast and my dogs absolutely love them!

The stitching on the arm of one of the beds was a bit loose and my puppy managed to make her mark and explore this on the first day and ripped it a bit. Thankfully I caught her and stopped it before she made it TOO bad! I emailed customer support and within less than 10 minutes I was able to get things resolved beyond satisfaction and felt that the customer service provided by Camille T was EXCEPTIONAL!! I will definitely be a customer again and highly recommend Treat A Dog for anyone who wants to give their furry babies the best!

Live Chat for Help

"I was so conflicted about what size beds to order for our dogs. I was wanting the surface sleeping area not including the bolsters. I found the total size information for the beds in the description, but just didn't feel comfortable ordering without knowing more detail as far as inside measurements. Camille Tolentino was my wonderfully friendly customer service rep and she was able to answer all my questions and make it so much easier for me to decide on which sizes to order. I love that you have a live help chat available and also that you hire such friendly helpful employees. I'm excited to order and get the new beds here. Thank you so much.

Quick to resolve issue

"After initially calling Treat A Dog regarding a product I purchased that I was not happy with and being told that I could not return it because it was outside the 30 day satisfaction guaranteed period, I called back and was provided with an alternate solution. Treat A Dog offered to "exchange" the product I was not happy with with another product. Thank you for being so flexible Treat A Dog. I quickly went from an unsatisfied customer to a very satisfied customer. I look forward to receiving my new dog bed."

"On the second use of the seat protector a strap pulled away from the cover. I emailed the company about the issue and Camille Tolentino responded and was very helpful. After sending picture of problem Camille said a new one was being sent at no charge to me. Thankful for the prompt service and the help Camille provided.

Great Product, Excellent Customer Service!

"We have Jeep Wrangler and have ordered other pet liners for the back for our two Golden Retrievers in the past. They fit not fit well, and we still got hair everywhere. We ordered the PupProtector Trunk Cover from Treat a Dog, and WOW! We were very impressed with it. The rubber backing kept it in place flawlessly!
I had a question on the product and Camille Tolentino had responded practically by the time I had stopped typing and taken care of the issue! The customer service is excellent!
This is my new go-to for all products for my furry friends!
