Great Customer Service!!

"I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Camille Tolentino for her exceptional customer service. She was courteous, professional and made me feel as if my issue was her issue too. In this day and age customer service seems to be an afterthought. I'm glad that's not true with the staff at Treat-A-Dog! Especially Camille!! Hey Camille's boss if you're reading this, she deserves a raise!!! She represented your company well and I will definitely be back and have already recommended the bed to all my pet friends, so she also generated future revenue. Great hire! Thank you so much and my dog thanks you too!!

Better than expected!

"I saw this seat cover advertised and thought it would be great for us. We recently adopted a rescue pup who is now 9 months old. We do a lot of traveling to the shore and to visit family so she was going to have to get used to traveling in the car. Our other Dog, who passed away last August, would just ride in the back cargo area if our Ford Expedition. Our new pup, Luna, is a smaller breed and preferred being closer to us. Problem with that is she is a nervous puker no matter how long we haven't fed her or Dramamine. I'd been layering garbage bags, then a sheet and then her blanket! Everything would slip around and more layers to clean afterwards.
Received the seat cover from Treat A Dog and I had it installed in our vehicle in less than 3 mins. Also amazing that it covered the entire width of the seat considering our vehicle is very large. The design to hook into head rests and slip tubes to slide into seats kept it in place the entire 6 HR drive. And, of course, she had puked on it and cleaned up very easily. A big shout out to Camille Tolentino in Customer Service who I was emailing back and forth with since my order was delayed because of the high demand for this product. She was able to track down my order and put in on expedited shipping so that I would receive the seat cover in time for this long trip we had planned. Great Customer Service and quick response to my inquiries. 5 Stars to this product!!!

Wasn't initially happy, but Camille Tolentino changed the game

"Had purchased the bed, and it arrived while I was out of town. When my husband opened it, the bed wasn't going to be big enough. Our budget was spent, so I was going to simply return it. When I called they said I'd have to ship it back, but since I lived in Austin I opted to simply deliver it, or so I thought.

This is was I sent them: Today was a very frustrating day dealing with your customer service. I had purchased a bed that needed to be returned, and since I live in Austin (to hopefully makes things easier and faster) the warehouse address was emailed to me.

Anyhow I drove to this address which was 30 minutes away and it was an electric company. I asked 3 different people there if there was any company that rented warehouse space. Nobody knew anything. So I called you’ll while still sitting in the parking lot. The young woman just following her script was not much help either, but when I requested to speak to a supervisor, which I was denied, was sent a shipping return label. (I do appreciate that).

The address on the label was the exact address that I was at, and because of crazy traffic it took me over an hour to get back home.

I do appreciate all that you’ll are doing to remedy my challenge. AND Please notify the people at the address to know where you are in their building, and please train your staff to think beyond the script in their hands. It was a serious waste of time.

Camille Tolentino responded to this email. She told me to keep the bed and they would send the giant one out to me at no charge. Thank you, Camille! I've already played the XL bed forward. Blessings, Beth

Amazing Beds

"We have 2 of the beds. The XL and the Large. My bulldog absolutely loves them. The customer service is amazing as well.
Definitely recommend their products. Camille was very helpful!!!

"I made an error on a recent order and ordered the wrong size. I emailed Treat a Dog to try and catch it before the order was sent and Michelle Figueroa assisted me. She was awesome and so is Treat a Dog. We are just beginning our adventure with a new puppy and I will be a customer for life!

Puplounge bed

"My new bed cane faster than expected anf us exvellent quality- both fabric and memory foam. The zipper had a defect that made it impossible to open for more than 1/3 of the length, so I contacted customer service. Camille Tolentino responded within hours and the new cover is coming free of charge! Excellent product, superb customer service- doesn't get much better than this!"

"I recently bought a dog bed and after 5 months, the zipper ripped. I contacted the company and was connected to Hazel Ashford. No questions asked. She immediately shipped out a new cover. That is great customer service!"

Treat a Dog will take care of you.

"I recently bought 2 of the large beds. One was completely destroyed by my 5 yr old Lab. The other one came apart at a seam. Hazel took care of me. Sent me a new replacement bed and new covers. I will definitely be buying more of their products in the future! Thanks again Hazel!"

"I have been very happy the Treat a Dog seat cover. It makes it a lot easier to keep the car clean. And Treat a Dog's customer support has been great, too. I needed to contact them and Camille Tolentino replied within minutes and resolved the issue right away. I'd highly recommend the cover seat and this company. Thank you.

Excellent Customer Service

"I was very excited to receive our new dog bed and had been waiting for it to arrive. Once I assembled it however I noticed an extensive tear at the seam where the bolster meets the bed. I sent an email to customer service and within minutes Hazel Ashford had a new bed ordered for me and a new order # with a tracking #that I could follow. This level of customer service is rare these days. Thanks Hazel! The pups are going to be loving this new bed. "
