"I attempted to order online via the link sent by Touchboards. Unfortunately there was no place to add our tax exempt information and scanned copy. When I called I was informed the only way I could order using my organization's tax exempt id was by phone, which I did, although not my preferred method. After receiving the product I was stalked for two weeks by phone and email demanding a copy of the tax id form and was threaten that a tax added to my account. When I asked for an email requesting this information I was sent an unprofessional email with bold and underline text as if I was at fault for this misunderstanding. I received a new email that I could forward to accounting only after I requested a professional email and receipt."
