"I ordered an ESI Kata single monitor arm with what I thought would be a clamp mount. Unfortunately, I was slightly confused by the website and had ordered the grommet mount version. As I decided to keep the grommet mount, I called Touchboards and purchased just the clamp mount. Touchboards quickly sent me the clamp mount along with an additional entire monitor arm! What a great response to resolving a slightly confusing website issue. Touchboards understands that customer service is important and knows how to resolve an issue.
Regarding the Kata single monitor arm, it is well made and works like you think a monitor arm should. It keeps the monitor at the point in space you need it to be. It is designed for monitors from 4.0 to 20.0 lbs. The monitor placed on the Kata arm is approximately 5.0 lbs. It works as expected with no movement whatsoever after being placed where you want it. FYI, if your monitor is great than 20.0 lbs, please note that ESI has monitor arms to fit your needs."
"Ordered my boards. Only one came, when you contact the company all they tell you is '5-8 days' for our 'investigation'. Day 10 came and no one could tell me anything or even if I can have my money back. I called again the next day and told them I will either get my money back from you or my CC company and somehow magically the board showed up the next day.... Needed to buy 10+ more boards, so thankfully I only tested this company and bought 2. Horrible, horrible experience. "

"I was looking at a whiteboard at 2 different places. Touchboards had the least expensive price. The other place wasn't bad but more expensive, their sale would end that day. On the Touchboard website, it said shipping would be $27.85. I ordered online and talked to a very nice agent, and he agreed with the shipping cost and put in the order. I called back with a question and talked to a different person who also agreed on the price of shipping. I get a call 2 days later saying they made a mistake, and the shipping would cost $142.32. A $114.47 difference. I had already put the order in, the original amount was already pending in my credit card. I told them that was wrong, and they should honor the first agreement. They refused! At this point, I had lost the good sale price at the second place. If not honoring their original price/order they should have at least given me some kind of a discount for their mistake, made up for the discount I lost at the second place! Shame on you Touchboards! One more thing, the manager I talked to tried to blame the agents I talked to on the phone and this was not their fault!"
