I have been a Customer for over 15 years and I spend thousands a year on your Clothing and Shoes.
Why would you remove my comment about dissatisfaction of not sending boxes?
You should have addressed me directly because you know who the comment came from.
I will put this comment on every place I can in the internet I know you have no control to delete it!

"Canadian. I have been buying from Torrid for years but I had to do my first return and it is not worth it. The cost to return the items was more than the cost of the item. If you’re Canadian do not shop there as you won’t be able to return them unless you pay for shipping to return to the US despite the fact the order came from a Canadian warehouse and address. "
"I really do love their styles and I browse the store every time I'm in the mall but I end up shopping online because there's more of a selection there than in the store. That's unfortunate because I order a lot and wait WEEKS for it to arrive only to have to return most of the items for poor fit. I'm also unhappy with the sizing. I'm one or the other depending on the item (two shirts, same cut, different colors will require different sizes sometimes!). I saw one shirt online and loved it. Went back online a week later and it was gone. Discontinued. Went onto Poshmark to find it and someone had it but I don't know if the size would be correct (see above!) and I'm not going to use Poshmark for an unknown. I also find that some of the tops shrink after washing. One wash, cold water and hung up to dry and it's tight. So that's money wasted. Oh Torrid, please get your act together...

"THE worst customer service. Orders don't get fulfilled properly (I placed 4 orders and each one of them was messed up), phone support is almost non-existent; they refuse to connect you to a manager saying they are not available and then you are left to listen to the silence. Can't believe this is happening with a retailer of this size."

"I don't know what's going on with Torrid, but I purchased three pairs of leggings from them and with only two wears in, they ALL ripped in the thigh. I've shopped with torrid for many years and these past few months have been terrible with the material. I would honestly compare shein with torrid when it comes to their material. Not only are their clothes cheaply made, their prices are extremely expensive for what you order. "

"I want to preface this by saying I do like a lot
Of things about Torrid. However, their lack of options in my sizes in store has forced me to become almost exclusively an online shopper for their products. Every single time I order from Torrid, it takes AT LEAST 10 days to get to me. I do not know how this is still a thing. I previously worked for a major retailer who offers free shipping on all orders. I happened to order something online from this retailer recently, and the entire process lasted only 4 days; from my order to delivery. 4 days. In comparison, I have been waiting 13 days for my Torrid order to reach me, when I thought I had ordered with plenty of time for it to reach me before I go out of town, and the things I ordered were to be worn on this trip. I shouldn’t have to pay an extra $23 on top of the hundreds I already spent just to get a decent shipping time."
"Order lost and had to make four calls. Spoke to three different people (one phone call I was on hold for 30 minutes so hung up) and the first person HUNG UP ON ME! He had my phone number and did not call me back. Second person said they took detailed notes about the situation and that I was to call back in two days. I waited days to be on the safe side and the notes were very limited & unclear. The guy I spoke to kept interrupting me and offered no solutions. I admit I was very frustrated in tome, not volume, the guy's frustration level was HIGHER than mine. Customer service plain sucked. I await my refund........"
