"Before purchasing from this merchant, I asked if their merchandise was brand new. I was told yes. I'm a real watch lover and wanted to order 4 watches but since I had no experience with them, decided to just order one and see how things went. Boy, am I glad I didn't order more than one watch. The watch arrived in very used condition and the merchant refused to pay to have the watch shipped back to them. They also said if I returned the watch, they would not reimburse the shipping costs. I was aghast, I had never heard of such a thing. Only a dishonest, unreputable merchant would do such a thing. I sent photos showing the used condition of the watch and they still said they wouldn't pay to have it shipped back to them. AVOID THIS MERCHANT; LOOK AT ALL OF THE REVIEWS BELOW AND BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY, IF YOU SEE A WATCH YOU LIKE ON THEIR SITE, BUY IT ELSEWHERE. YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!"
"This company is shockingly underhanded. Received Citizen BT0002-52E with 2 links removed and with scratches to back of watch (obviously returned and second hand watch). The 8 emails to date to try and resolve the problem is like being on a merry-go-round. They don't read the emails and they don't care - buyers be extremely aware if you are looking to buy a NEW watch!!"
"Apparently these guys do enough "good" business to make you want to "risk" it and buy a watch from them. Bottom line, I ordered a new watch. What I got was either used or refurb - it had scratches on the back and did not ship with any protective plastic on the face or band. I've never bought a new watch that didn't ship with plastic protective covering on the watch crystal.
I emailed the company and told them I wasn't pleased, and the responding email told me I could send it back at their expense ($5.00) and they would send me another one, or they would refund $10.00 to Paypal - (the cost to ship one back and ship another one to me). I took the $10.00 refund. But the interesting thing is that when I told them in the email that I believed the watch was either used or refurbed, they DID NOT push back trying to convince me the watch was new. This was for a Casio watch I bought for about $39.00 - same model as mentioned in other reviews. Apparently they've got a bunch of these Casio's and they're selling them cheap. Mine has run fine for about a month now, and I'm pretty well convinced its a real Casio, but this sucker was definitely not in NEW condition when I got it.
Would I buy from them again. Not a chance. There are a significant enough number of us who have posted reviews here to convince you that something about this company ain't right, and you may be the next person on the end of a bad deal. Go get your watch from someone that doesn't have these type of ratings. Wish I had found this site first.

"Was a bit nervous after reading the reviews on this site. 1st watch I got from them was flawless, perfect! Seems brand new, super stoked! I ordered again, same brand but different model, one that was a bit cheaper. Again fast shipping, manufacturere directions and proper box, but this time the watch had a minor scratch on the bezel. So what? I got a great deal on 2 designer watches! I didn't even bother trying to return it. In fact I ordered again, same model! Also came with a minor scuff or scratch, which is barely noticeable. Honestly I don't care because I got a great deal. Yes their site said they were all brand new never worn, which is possible. The ones I got with minor scratch/scuff really were not enough for me to even consider returning them. In fact I just put an order in for another one as a gift for my love of my life, who is very fussy, but I know she will love it. You can't beat their prices! All in all I would recommend them, just be prepared that it may have some minor cosmetic scuff or scratch or it may not. If you can deal with this then you will be super happy, like me! If not then go pay through your nose elsewhere and good luck. Not sure about the service from the company because I have not had to return or get any repair work done."
"I ordered (2) Casio watches from this company. I received both items within 4 days. Thats the only good part of this review. Both watches that I received were visibly returned or used watches. Top One International claims that their watches are "New" - not used or returned merchandise. These watches came with visible scratches (one watch had a scratch on the bezel and the other on the right side of the watch), dirt and fingerprints on the back of both watches. One of the watch bands had noticable markings on it. Also the watches did not come with the Casio retail packed instructions that always come with all of Casio's watches. Both watches did come in a Casio box, but were not packaged correctly (tied down) as all Casio retail watches normally are shipped.
To summarize, yes Top One International does have some lower prices on their watches, but you are taking a risk of getting a used, returned, or defective watch. I will never buy from them again and am glad that I didn't purchase anything else of high value from these people. I can't recommend this company to anyone."

"This company is TERRIBLE about handling problems and SCAMMED ME. Bought Luminox 1837 Jan 6, 10. Stem fell off about Jan 18th. Contacted them when I returned from my trip, and sought refund. Their sales girl convinved me to take another one, saying if I had further problems within 60 days or so, they would refund the expensive purchase price. DAMN - stem fell of the second one early in March while on another trip, and the watch had not been reset or stem moved since time and date were adjusted early in Feb when it was received. Emailed them and they said send it to Luminox. I reminded them of their previous agreement, and they basically told me to go to hell. I will not ever use the 1837 as I can not depend on it when I am gone. Timex is a hell of a lot better watch. I hate to make returns and hardly ever do it, but for some reason this model watch loses it's stem with regularity. Top One Internation scammed me when I took the second one and in my opinion is a very dishonest company. I believe you can not trust in the service or their word and suggest your money is better spent elsewhere. "

"I paid using Paypal on the 10th of October 2009. The contract says delivery in 2 to 7 days. I wait 2 days with hope then day after day I wait until on "business day #3 I next recieve an email saying that The item you have ordered is sold out and will be available with in the next 5 to 10 business days. So I'm nervous and feeling screwed and I wait again day after day until 5 more days pass then the ten days pass and still no watch!!! then on day # 11 I recieve a message which says "This watch should arrive by the end of this week, or beginning of next week." What the F****! do these people think they are doing. They continue to list this same watch for sale while they know they do not have any to ship.
