"I paid using Paypal on the 10th of October 2009. The contract says delivery in 2 to 7 days. I wait 2 days with hope then day after day I wait until on "business day #3 I next recieve an email saying that The item you have ordered is sold out and will be available with in the next 5 to 10 business days. So I'm nervous and feeling screwed and I wait again day after day until 5 more days pass then the ten days pass and still no watch!!! then on day # 11 I recieve a message which says "This watch should arrive by the end of this week, or beginning of next week." "I ordered two Casio MTP4700D-2AV analog digital wristwatches from Top One International on May 15, 2009. Neither came in original boxes. Neither had the original plastic bracket that displays the watch in the box, but rather a smaller bracket to accommodate the smaller-than-standard bracelets each watch had. The watches had a different size bracelets from each other, but neither was the size of a standard Casio bracelet and both were long enough to fit only small wrists. And one of the watch bracelets doesn't even match the watch, as it had been replaced with one of a different style. Both watches came with a Casio manual for a completely different model watch.
I haven't bothered to contact Top One International because I can't see losing what is left of my already sparse hair over such an inexpensive (but very nice) wristwatch, but I'm quite disappointed. I will never give Top One International any more business and recommend all potential Top One International customers to shop elsewhere."

"I read the Resellerratings reviews about Top One International (4-watches on eBay) after I made the order, and I was originally a bit concerned about my order. However, it turned out to be an excellent experience. I was notified by email the day after I paid, that the item has been shipped out. I received the order in due time (1.5 weeks with regular USPS mail - there was no tracking number because it was regular mail). The item is new as promised, and the packaging is good. "

"I ordered an inexpensive (US$49.95) Casio AMW320RD-2AV wristwatch from this company and paid for Priority Mail shipping. Communication regarding my payment was quick and clear.

The watch arrived on the third working day after I placed the order, so they shipped it immediately. Packaging was adequate, so no complaints so far.

However, the watch came in the wrong Casio packaging ("Ten Year Battery"...not on this model, folks) and with the incorrect manual, one for a Casio calculator watch.

The back of the case and the lugs had been clumsily brushed. I can see where someone used an abrasive to brush across the original circular finish on the back, slopping over onto the polished perimeter of the back. The top of the lugs had been brushed with the bracelet still in place; brush marks extend from the lugs right over onto the bracelet. I don't know what happened to this watch, but it is not a factory-fresh product.

The watch seems to function as it should, but I paid for a new watch and received something else. I haven't contacted the seller because this is too little money to justify the hassle. On the other hand, I'm disappointed enough to write this review. Buyer beware."

I think this website is very good at showing impartial feedback but there are only 7 entries against this company. A search of the web will reveal that other review sites have hundreds of entries for TOI - nearly all being strongly positive (most looked genuine).
Armed with this new confidence I made my purchase of a $200+ Casio watch.
My watch was delivered (yes delivered) within 30 hours of placing the order online. The watch is perfect and with the original manuafacturer's protective packing still in place. Oh yes, and the watch seemed to work perfectly, too. Order confirmation and tracking information were emailed to me as promised on the TOI website.
I'm very pleased with this transaction.

Called 800 number and spoke with the owner and confirmed the watch I wanted was in stock. He confirmed it and I placed my order. Paid the lowest price for this watch with reasonable shipping of $4.95. This was the cheapest deal out there. The watch arrived in 2 days via UPS on 12/15 in perfect condition. Packaging was adequate.
I asked the owner about the previous reviewers scratched watch. He said they have do not sell used items and that it might have been a return that customer service did not closely inspect."

"This vendor offers a fairly good selection of watches at very competitive prices; in my case, their price was the lowest available. Shipping charges were quite reasonable and not at all inflated.

I ordered a Skagen watch that was unavailable at most stores and other online vendors. Email was sent to confirm the purchase, and another was subsequently sent with UPS tracking information. The watch arrived in three days, well-packed, with all appropriate documentation.

Top One International provides no online facility to monitor order status (they do provide a phone number for questions); this was the only drawback to an otherwise excellent transaction.

Other than the above issue, I was very pleased with the entire transaction, especially the speed of shipping and quality of the merchandise.

First I ordered the wrong watch. I wrote them an email after I realized what happened, and they answered 2hours later, saying there will be no problem changing the order.
The watch was shipped the same day, and arrived 1 day before thhe shchedule.
It was excellently packaged, had no damages whatsoever.
I have had the watch for over a week now and it works just fine. i have had no problems with it at all.
Once again - great company , I will shop there again, if I need to buy a watch."
