If the exchange rate went up or down within that few days, I'm sure you understand we had no control over that. If as a result of the exchange rate you would have received more money back, should we have called you a fraud?
Please tell us how much was the difference and we will cover that amount.”

I purchased a Casio Pathfinder watch from this company. This watch would have cost me twice as much if I wanted to buy it in Australia. The watch came as promised, New with tags.
The delivery took some time (about 3 weeks from New york to Sidney Australia) but I can't complain because I chose the cheapest shipping they offered.
All and all, I'm happy with my purchase.

“I'm sorry for the bad shopping experience you with us.
I looked at your case, The reason you returned the watch was because the writing on the dial did not match the stock picture supplied by Citizen watch co.
You received the correct watch, we noticed that Citizen recently made a minor change on the writing on the dial however the watch is the same (same case, band, dial, look and model #).
As for the watch not being "SEALED", not sure what you mean, the watch came with Citizen MFG box and manual. Watches are not food product, they do not have a plastic seal on their packaging.
I also see that you received a full refund, including your S/H.
