"My experience with TonerMAX was excellent. I ordered my Canon inkjet ink on Sunday, they shipped on Monday, I received on Wednesday. The cost was 40% less than just about anywhere else, and free shipping. They shipped the promised OEM product and as far as I can tell it is fine. I'll post back later if the ink doesn't perform well (need to use up the one in the printer first...)."

"TERRIBLE. July 14th I contacted TonerMax because the color ink cartridge was incomplete. Now there is no way to contact them and even FedEx does not reflect the return number as it was shipped on Thursday July 21.
Lost money and the toner cartridge. NO MORE - AMAZON.COM for me.

"TonerMax sucks. I am a reseller and bought from them because they offered lower pricing. Well I understand why. They were pretty good in the beginning, but it seems the more business I did with them the more they fell down on the job. They are good at charging your card but not shipping out merchandise. They claim the items are backordered but they still charge my card. Then the items miraculously appear when I threatened to cancel my order and have them refund my card. Now if this happened once I would understand but this has happened at least 5 times and that is not good business. Not good business at all. I will not be purchasing toner from them again."
