I have however noticed that you are losing your price advantage versus my local Office Depot store for "original" HP color laser cartridges, such that your only real advantage now is my not having to pay state sales tax when dealing through you.
If the tax laws change any further, you will lose that advantage too.

"My order was sent to the wrong place. The wrong state, in fact. TonerMAX corrected it and the order made its way to me. But the delivery was a couple of days delayed and put me into a bit of a time crunch. My 2 star rating is just how I feel about this particular order. In general I'm very satisfied with TonerMAX.

EDIT: In reply to the comment back - I'm actually the one who reached out to let you know about the error when I checked my tracking info, and the estimated delivery date went from a Tuesday to a Thursday, so that's two days. Thank you for the reply, and again I'm overall pleased with Tonermax. I just wanted to state how things really happened.

"ordered 3 cartons of ribbons off of the website. instead of canceling the order or calling/email they shipped 3 ribbons instead. I am still currently waiting on an rma # to return # cancel the order. 6/9/14"
