"Last night I went to the Guns and Roses concert at the Hollywood Bowl. I had a nightmare of a time. A traumatic experience caused by the ticket reseller.
I called today, spoke them again for an hour on the phone. And you know what they did, they hung up on me? Disconnected the phone call, so now it's been hours spent on the phone all for nothing. No resolution just time wasted. Horrible situation. I don't know what to do at this point."

They very quickly resolved my issue and sent me the tickets immediately. "The person on the Phone( Romero) was very helpful , answering the questions on how to purchase tickets for the Lion King as a gift explaining how I could buy them and transfer them after I received them via email. The whole process was very easy along the way.
My only concern is that after the purchase I found out that I may not receive the email for the tickets until 2 days before the date of the show as I was planning on giving them a a Christmas gift. Not sure Why it would take over 2 months for me to receive them via email??. I sure hope that somehow that I can get them before the Holidays."

"I first tried to purchase tickets online but when the page for the billing address came up it was whited out and there was no way to enter anything. Fortunately you have a phone number and Romeo was very helpful and I got my tickets."
"Honestly, at first I was hesitant because I was unfamiliar with the name and even the buying process. I purchased eight tickets and upon showtime received 4. Customer service responded quickly, politely, and assured me of a remedy. He was right, it was close to the day of the event but everything worked out perfectly!

I then received an email from the seller telling me that the event had been rescheduled to September 23, 2023 and that I would receive an email with a link to download my new tickets. Called seller to request a refund, and was told I would only be eligible for a refund if event was cancelled, not rescheduled. But the link provided only downloads the December 2022 tickets. I called the vendor and was assured that they had confirmed with the venue that the December 2022 tickets would be honored on September 23rd
I then called to venue to confirm and was told this is not correct. Tickets are not valid. Event scheduled for December 2022 was actually cancelled. "

I was simply looking to surprise my wife with some great tickets to Tim M. I thought they would sell out quickly because this guy is great.
I was fine paying a little juice to get great seats, but boy did we get gouged (or F'd depending on how you look at it). There are a ton of tickets available but we got to WAY overpay.
Given the choice in the future, I'll NEVER use this group again. I'll miss an event rather that get gouged.
