"Purchasing tickets was easy. Tickets do not have to be sent until 1 day prior to event. This is bad especially considering tickets for the event have already been released to general public. When making arrangements to travel from out of town for event you want tickets in hand and this cannot be fully guaranteed. I would rate this as especially BAD Customer Experience."

"The tickets ended up being for standing room only. That wasn't obvious at the start. They asked if we wanted the 2 tickets together. I said yes, at that point they showed 2 seats together. I took that as we would have seats. I proceeded to pay for them, at that point is when I found out that they were for standing room only. I was misled early in the process. I called hoping I could resolve the issue and was not able to talk to someone. It had to be over a computer chat. They kept giving a phone number to call. All that did was get me back to the same computer chat. I wasted an hour of my life going thru this process. Be careful with this company, they are a reseller (basically a scalper)."
"Total scammers! Somehow, they managed to place themselves at the TOP of the search engines. I was unaware search engines reserve a SPECIAL PLACE for SCAMMERS. I actually thought they were affiliated with the college where I was attempting to purchase baseball tickets. That was my mistake. If I could give zero stars, I would! Never buy anything from these scammers. They charged me $313 for two tickets to a college baseball game (General Admission, not reserved seats) in the middle of the week with a $12 face value for each ticket. I didn't know the face value until I downloaded the tickets, which is part of their scam. StubHub, Vivid, and every other broker was selling the same tickets for less than half. I've dealt with ticket brokers like StubHub and Vivid for years and never been ripped off like this. On top of being outright scammers, their customer service ****. I only wish I had read the BBB reviews and these reviews before interacting with these scammers. But what goes around, comes around, and they will ultimately reap the consequences of their scamming. I'm a trial lawyer by trade and hoping I make these scammers mad enough to threaten me with litigation as I told them I'm on a mission. I'd love to get them in front of a federal judge. Never buy anything from these scammers! And I'd love to take apart in litigation their bogus claim of thousands of five star reviews. "

"WARNING! First know that this company intercepts legitimate ticket purchases. You think you are on the venue website or Ticket masters but you are not. Second the prices they list are 100% inflated with enormous fees. When you realize that you made a mistake purchase, it's too bad. They do not offer any refunds even if you call immediately after. Many reviews site that they don't deliver your tickets often times until 1 hr before the event preventing you from requesting a charge back from your cc company for non delivered services. When you complain they tell you to try to resell the ticket yourself to your friends Avoid this SCAM company at all costs, they have covered their butts legally on all fronts so your only recourse is the contact the attorney general in your state issue a complaint to try to get this company shut down and out of business. Customer service is ineffective, they recite company policy of no refunds for any reason when i informed them that ticket masters has the ticket for less than half the price, she said too bad, "you should be more careful on the internet" This is a terrible company

It was when I received the order confirmation and it told me that the tickets would arrive by the day before the concert would occur that I realized it was a resale site. At this point it was too late to get a refund. I did receive my tickets. But I was able to find the same tickets for almost $100 less than the purchase price that I paid on Ticjets-Center.com. (Example: StubHub)"

"Would never use them again. Purchased what i thought was premium parking for the Ahmanson Theater in LA and it turned out to be over 1/2 mile away and the walk was up steep hills. My wife has asthma and it was extremely difficult for her. The premium price we paid was 7 times higher than parking around the corner from the theater. BIG SCAM. They would not refund because they were a reseller. BTW the parking garage was empty and had a sign posted that parking was only $12 for 24 hours."

"We were scammed by this company - the site replicated the ticket vendor for a small venue. We paid $400 for two $50 tickets AND they sent tickets for a completely different section! I asked for their email to file a complaint, they provided an invalid email address that bounced back. They will not provide a physical address. We called multiple times, the first few calls they said there was nothing they could do (??!!), the final call they said they would send me an email immediately addressing the issue. Well it's over one week and we've heard nothing. The tickets we were sent were fully available on the true venue's website - Tickets-Center is simply purchasing directly from the venue when someone makes a purchase, then reselling at 4x face value by appearing to be the authorized ticket agency for the event. There is no reason for this company to exist, they are not a marketplace for consumers to resell tickets, this is set up purely to deceive. They are selling something they do not have in-hand at the time of your purchase. There is a Facebook page dedicated to complaints about these scammers. There are almost 9,000 complaints on BBB including incidents where the company sent tickets which were not valid. Tickets-Center will delay sending the tickets until just before the event, the ticket holder unaware their tickets are either fake or have been sold more than once (already used) until trying to enter. We now have to buy ANOTHER pair of tickets as we have zero confidence our Tickets-Center purchase is valid. Beware!"
