"This site came up immediately when I googled the venue I was wanting to purchase from. That was an oversight on my end. I purchased 4 tickets to a play for $187. Once I received the tickets via email I realized my mistake as it was then I saw in their fine print about being a third -party seller.
Had I purchased from the actual venue, tickets were $15/each for a total of $60. It was a kids’ Charlie Brown Christmas play that lasted 45 minutes tops.
Although I enjoyed the play, the hefty price of $186 for four tickets burns me. This company is so shady and is obviously stealing from people’s pocketbooks. They have no shame and no dignity and are professional scammers and thieves. Good riddance to you. I’ve learned my lesson. You won’t scan me twice and I will post and tell everyone I know about your fraudulent company. I live in a big city with lots of connections and have family in the spotlight. Karma is real! Shame on you! Get a real job. "
"They post their tickets for sale before the real tickets are available acting like the actual site. They prey on unsuspecting victims and create a false sense of urgency with “tickets going fast” making people think there won’t be any left. No return policy and pricing is 150% of actual event ticket. "
"Someone needs to protect old farts like me from these preditors. I over paid $400 for 3 entry tickets and a parking ticket for the Disney on Ice show. Somewhat slick operation - I'll give them that. They had several sections similarly higherly priced and then add on charges showed later. I was late buying the tickets & thought that was just what was left. The site looked & felt like ticketmaster even with nonsense deals at the end. Hopefully I only get screwed like this once in my life."

"I purchased tickets for the Nutcracker at the KC Ballet. When I Googled the KC Ballet, the first site that came up was NOT THE KC Ballet, but the site Tickets-Center.com. It was not until after I had made the purchase that I realized I was not on the correct site and paid WAY TOO much for tickets. This company is paying Google and charging customers way more than the actual prices for tickets that ARE available. This is partially my mistake and should have realized I was not on the KC Ballet site. "
"NEVER BUY FROM HERE! I purchased 2 Doja cat tickets for $240 each. They sent me a link saying to add the tickets to your wallet. There was no way to do this, no buttons, no menu, nothing. There was a share button, so I shared one of the tickets with the friend I was going with. That is the only ticket we can access. They did not tell me it was a one time link, they did not say you had to share the tickets to keep them. Why would I share the ticket to me, when they already emailed me the ticket? That makes no sense, there were no directions, we contacted customer support and they did not address the lack of directions and could not help. They said once they send the email its out of their control, which I'm guessing is bull crap. We are now out $500, add another $300 for the tickets we had to buy so we could attend the concert. Absolutely never buying from here again. "
